Transferring my other pension with nest is so easy just a few information need filling and they’ll do the rest, I don’t need to do anything. And they let me know when the fund is been transferred.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. So unprofessional.
1 letter they sent was dated the 17th April, it arrived 13 days later.
I have requested a withdrawal before my 55th birthday so they sent me all the correct forms and I returned them. On my 55th birthday my account should of read documents verified, we are now on the 5th of May and it is still saying 'waiting for documents' so I called them to ask what extra they need, nithing I was told, but it still says awaiting documents.
Now apparently they sent another letter dated the 29th, still no letter.
More phone calls and e mails, nothing back !

I asked nest to transfer my private pension with another company to my nest pension, I gave them the policy number and company and they did the rest, no issues and it was transferred into my nest pot within 3 weeks
