Very nice store

Very nice store and the lady representative was very welcoming. She spent time understanding our requirement and helped us taste and pick up new introduced flavours.

The person at the store who sold the…

The person at the store who sold the capsules to me and my husband seemed a bit on a rush, so I didn't feel comfortable at asking her for advice regarding coffee flavors'. Because of that, I bought only the ones I already knew and didn't bring home any other flavor. She also didn't offer us an espresso, like other experiences I had at the store. I could have spent much more if she had more attention with us. She was polite, just not very patient.

Its good quality i have to say
I think it must to have some promotion now and then!! So the client not lose the opportunity and interest !!

I put the products to the shopping cart…

I put the products to the shopping cart and the next days it was 40sek more expensive.

Due to various direct and indirect factors, global coffee production is also affected by inflation and the rising costs of raw materials, production, shipping, etc. Our goal at Nespresso is to keep our overall coffee prices stable but as a result of the global economic situation we have had to review our pricing strategy to ensure that we can continue our commitment to offer customers high quality and sustainably produced coffee.

This is the reason to why our coffees price increased with about 13% per sleeve from the 1st of march.

Nespresso Sweden never again

The worst organization and worst customer service ever. Can't wait to get rid of the "abbonnemang" in November. I will never have a nespresso coffe or machine ever.

Every time when there is even a tinest problem, in the store everything is clear and they are sorry, but when you call customer service they don't see that they took money twice several times in couple of occassions, they will call back and they never call back etc..

My frustrations are not with the coffee…

My frustrations are not with the coffee but with the webpage. The current credit amount on my account is never correct and I have had to call and explain that I should have a larger credit than what the site is showing. Also, recently we had a crushed capsule in a box and I needed to upload the pictures and answer questions THREE times before it was resolved. One button in the email takes me back to the start and asks me to fill in all the information again. We had a second sleeve with the same defect but decided it took more time to alert you to the problem than it was worth. I was compensated with a new sleeve for the one I mentioned. I like the coffee but ordering on the website is not always my favorite thing and there are no stores close to me.

I like shopping at Nespresso except of…

I like shopping at Nespresso except of two things. I'm an Ambassador member and have registered Original machine in my account, so why I constantly get shown the Vertuo capsules when buying new capsules on the web and why I get special offers related to the Vertuo? Second is why instead of the Descaling Kit the members only get the Voucher and need to use it with a next purchase? Is it to waste more paper and transport?

The reason behind why you receive information about the vertuo line is because it is our latest technology. If you no longer wish to receive advertisement from us, please contact us privately with a membership number. We can then remove you from our mailing list.

We send out vouchers for the descaling kits instead of the kits right away because some customers do not wish to receive it when they have no use for it. With the vouchers you can decide for yourself when to order your descaling kit.
