They have awesome customer care! Fast to answer any questions that popped into my head. I also was time sensitive to get the sign in for a wedding date and they made sure it was in in time! A lot of my family and friends have bought signs from other companies and said that this one was by far better than any they had purchased!

We created a bespoke sign for our cousins new business. Everyone was genuinely pleasantly surprised it came really well packaged and is very bright. The whole design and delivery of this project was smooth, communications were regular and we would recomend to anyone who is looking for signs or neons

My neon was exactly what I envisaged and hoped for. The team offered me loads of different colour options, super easy communication and it came exactly as designed. Mounting was a breeze - I am over the moon!

The neon we ordered is fantastic, super well made, simple to hang to the wall, the remote is very handy. EVERY GUEST comments & asks "Where did we get it from?". Power cable was long enough to hide and tuck away too

If I could give zero stars I would.
I purchased for the second time during the Black Friday sale 2021 , an item for £299 a personalised neon light for my living room it arrived cracked, chipped and when plugged in blew up. I liased with them. neons requested the item to be returned and a new one would be done. It took 2 months of chasing for me to get awnsered and a text to say a new one is on order. Still to this day I haven’t received my order and I’m being ignored in their direct messages and have had my comments deleted off their social media . I want my money back or at least my item ! Terrible customer service , customer care and they robbed my money! AVOID

Considering I spent over £2,500 on various lights for an event, then read the reviews a few days before the delivery - I was super scared to say the least

Co-incidentally day I discovered the reviews, I emailed asking for a refund - however, my boyfriend had already signed for the delivery

Got home and was expecting to be disappointed, but was surprisingly shocked, everything as ordered, ahead of time and working perfectly

Needless to say, I took my own words back and apologised to the team

I will be back and I have also tagged them on my social media 💕💕💕

Adore the service, the product and the experience. Got this for my partners birthday, arrived on time and even included a remote control as a complimentary item! Thank you from all of our family X

Great experience all around, I have had my neons for over a year and I have just been asked to write a review. I have no qualms about recommending and I use my lights at events and parties. Altogether I spent about £900 across 3 products and they have performed every time and all the events!

Worst company we have ever dealt with. We are out of pocket of nearly 1k. They promised us a neon sign and delivered it broken and never sent a replacement. Communications have all dried up, they don't respond to any messages. Avoid at all costs or you will be out of pocket.

Absolutely disappointed with this company, AVIOD at all cost!!!! They take your money and then ignore you.

I ordered a neon back in April 2021 and over a year later have still not been issued a refund for a faulty product despite many emails with their customer service representatives. Absolutely disgusting.

This company is nothing short of a disgrace. How they are getting away robbing people of there money. I ordered a sign last august @ £300 & still waiting. No communication from the company and explanation or an apology. I got one reply back on my Instagram page. They are very active on Instagram either here lovely signs but obviously not dispatching them. £300 down the drain. I would advise people not to purchase of this site because you won’t get your order or your money back.
