cheap merchandise made i china not the uk

Bought 2 Kensington coats, quality very poor, contacted the company 5 times via email, no reply, very bad customer service, would never recommend this company fake, dont buy from them.

I purchased a coat from Morley London and it was too big and too long for me so I wanted to return it. I went on their website and it says email for a return and someone will reply. I sent the email a few times NO REPLY. I messaged them on their site and NO REPLY. There is no phone number for this company either. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is based in China.
Their product is sub-standard and they will not refund your full payment.

I purchased a coat from the website took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I thought I was buying from their store in London but I was wrong . The coat arrived and it was very poor quality.I requested a refund but was offered @15% refund and to keep the item after numerous emails to and fro . They refused to refund unless I sent the item back to an address in china and cover the cost of the shipping. They would then and only then refund if it arrived back to this address and was deemed ok. I pointed out that i bought the coat from them in London not China. Dealing with this company became unbearable so I had to agree to a 50% refund and a coat I wouldn't put on a dog (if I had one )
Stay clear they are not a reputable company as you would assume from their website.The items are shipped from China and are not as advertised on their site!

Wish I had read reviews first! Actual product looks like it is made from black bin liners and is too small. No way will they give you a full refund.

I am emailing and trying to obtain a full refund.
Please do not buy anyone!!!

I have ordered a so called brown coat, it’s nothing like the pictures, and they just try to fob you off with 15% off then 30% off and completely avoid your wish to return with a full refund.
Scam Scam Scam business.
I will keep trying as money is so tight and this was a special treat.
They have no scruples or basic morality - as a business terrible experience.

AVOID ordering from these scammers. I ordered a coat and it took 3 weeks to arrive. It’s not the same color or quality as what was advertised. I wouldn’t let a stray dog lie on it. They state they will get back after 24 hrs via email about returning items. I’ve heard nothing. Absolutely disgusted .

Goods arrive after about 2 weeks but are so cheap and nasty I wouldn’t even give them away
No point in contacting their customer service at email address given as it bounces back as it doesn’t exist

They said 3-5 days took nearly 3 weeks.
I told them after 5 days I didn’t want it so please don’t send they didn’t listen sent it anyway, when it came its a rag I wouldn’t give you tuppence for it!!!!
They keep offering me 75% off my next order and 20% refund I keep telling them I don’t want to buy anything else.

Just received my coat and it’s perfect! Delivery was couple of weeks but well worth the wait. Coat is even nicer than I imagined really happy and will definitely order again.

The coat i ordered looks nothing like the coat that they show its not even fit for my dog to lie on how they can be advertising clothes thinking they are top spec clothes they are very deluded very disappointed

The coat on the website wasn’t the coat I received. I ordered size L but when I received it fit for size S and the quality is very very bad and poor . When I emailed them that the coat is is not the same as described on website and I want my refund. They rejected to give my money back and offer me to pay 30% of my money. The worse customer service and everything is bad about them . NEVER EVER TRUST THEM!

Do not have any involvement with this company. Frauds, it takes ages for delivery and when finally delivered, the item is totally different from what is advertised. When you want to return, you are asked to send it back to China at a cost that exceeds what you paid. When you agree to a partial refund to keep the item, they send you a fake notification of refund and you never receive your money back. Paypal knows the company is up to nothing but scams.

You do not get what you see!!!!! Paid 50£ for a coat made with the cheapest material EVER. SHEIN does better clothes for half the price. They give you 2 options: you either return and pay 50£ to send back to china OR (they have to be joking) give you 10% of the money back, which in my case would be 5£. What a joke honestly, SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad bad bad. All items on "sale" due to policy stating any sale items returns wont be free. Then its £50 to return to China, therefore not worth the return. Total scam! Dress isn't true to size and bad quality/cheap. Website should be shut for scamming

This is NOT a UK site, it's scammers from China. I recieved very poor quality items with no labels, tags or even half the material and was then asked to pay postage to send to China with their tags in order to recieve a refund.

This is the Bricklane Branch - I ordered from Uber eats and to be honest the chicken was good , but that's all. The chips were so hard , stale , like they were cold heated up chips at the bottom on a pan , there were actually black chips that's how burned it was . The wings were cremated . It's really not fair I spent £20 plus on it and had to chuck most it away, this is the second time I've had to bin there food . Seriously don't order from there , they need to fix up

Please DO NOT order from this site. It’s a fraudulent person behind this selling fake products. The items on the website is not even real. I ordered a dress on the 24th July, 3 weeks later my dress still hadn’t been shipped so I requested for my order to be cancelled. They told me they couldn’t cancel the order until I said I will report them to every company I can to shut them down, then they said they will refund it. I am still waiting on my refund up to this day. I will be reporting this fake “company” to Action Fraud and every other company that I can to remove this company and seeking legal advice so please everyone do the same especially if you’ve had a bad experience with them.
