Neocrypto 

I’ve tried to purchase a Ton coin by card but something went wrong and their web app notified that payment had failed. Anyway money has been transferred from my card to their service. I’ve tried to contact support and shared all the info they asked including receipt and personal info. It happened more than 2 months ago and they didn’t refund still. Now support is just ignoring me. Stay away if you don’t want to loose your money

After asking for my personal details to be deleted more than 3 months ago, no action has been taken on their end.

I strongly urge everyone to stay away from them.

Bad customer support.Passed KYC (took 20days to verify from their side) deposited 1000$ from card ~ and got banned again (SAME CARD LOL) , when I asked about provide additional details why and when I can deposit again they unable to provide ETA.
I do not recommend to deal with them. Only one plus its good rate from eur to usdt, others - bad things.

Terrible customer support.
Absolutely appalling user experience. This is the only company where the KYC process drags on for over 10 days (and counting!). I submitted all the required data via the website form initially, then reached out to the support email, yet to no avail. Frankly, it's baffling why TON continues to associate with your services. Here's hoping fewer organizations make the mistake of working with you in the future.

I am very disappointed with Neocrypto's services. I have become a victim of fraud, and Neocrypto is refusing to refund my money. They did not answer my questions about where the money went.

Neocrypto's customer service is terrible. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.

On 7 December I bought 30 TON and this company successfully charged my CC.
However, until today 9 December'23 the coin never came to my wallet. Tried to reached the wallet support team and they responded as follow:

"Hello!

We are sorry for the long wait for a response; due to the large number of requests, we may take longer to respond than usual.

Purchases are done via the Neocrypto service. We clarified the information, and we were informed that the transaction cannot be processed at the moment due to ongoing issues with the TON network. Once these issues are resolved, TON will be credited to your Wallet account. We appreciate your patience."

I asked for refund and no response yet from the support.

They blocked my account, saved my personal data and won't let me verify again. Beware of the service, it looks like a scam! Support responds with the standard script "We can't help you with anything", they didn't give any comment on the situation I explained to them, they didn't even read it.

I got 4 unauthorized transactions on my credit card which clearly mentions neocrypto.net,
2500$ has been deducted please be aware about them.

I felt compelled to share my unsettling experience with NeoCrypto, hoping it might prevent others from facing a similar ordeal.

Recently, I noticed a dubious transaction processed by NeoCrypto on my card statement. Not only had I never visited their site, but I had also never initiated any interaction with them. No KYC completion, no agreements, absolutely nothing. Yet, there it was, an unauthorized transaction, without my knowledge or consent.

Upon discovering this, I immediately reached out to their support team, hoping for a swift resolution. To my dismay, they declined my refund request, referring me to their "Refund Policy". Their response was not only dismissive but also insinuated that I was at fault, even when I had zero prior engagements with them.

I've since escalated the matter, bringing it to the attention of regulatory bodies including the FCIS of Lithuania and FIU Estonia. It's concerning that a licensed entity might be involved, directly or indirectly, in supporting potentially fraudulent activities.

For those considering using NeoCrypto, or even those who just value the security of their financial data, I strongly urge caution. No one should have to go through the hassle and distress of such an incident.

I'll update this review based on how this situation unfolds, but as of now, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Protect yourselves and be vigilant.
