I got blocked here because their validation process bot is useless its a very poor app and i cannot recommend this

Awful support service

Just blocked my account without explanation.

I’m new to crypto and decided to use Telegram Wallet. They asked for my passport to lift the limits, and I thought, "Why not." But as soon as I provided it, they blocked my account just because I’m Russian. Even though I’ve been living in other countries for years and even provided proof of residence from another country.

Now I can’t use Telegram Wallet at all. Telegram support told me to email NeoCrypto support. Of course, no response.

Cringe company. To work in such a mudpit, you must’ve completely lost all sense of dignity.

I do not recommend people to use this service as they do change their terms "on the fly" and at some point just blocked my account with no reason

Please do not allow them to use your money. Think twice.

I am shocked that Telegram offers this service as a default one for their users and they cannot help with any issues caused by NeoCrypto, what they replied to me was just - "The card purchase service is provided by our partner. Please try to contact the support of the provider through which the purchase was made". That is a shame.

DON T BUY FROM NEOCRYPTO FULL SCAM. I TRY TO BUY TONCOIN THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AND RECEIVE NOTHING.

That company look very suspicious and I believe Telegram should never have them announced as "trusted partner". Paid fair amount via card through them, all transacrions passed OK and vere crealed with my bank. And a day later I have found my account blocked on their side. Their support just ignoring my emails. Do not advide to use them.

Very strange that the Wallet promoted by Telegram used that. I had tried to buy usdt throught them and got error about that transaction failed (I tried different cards , result was the same).

After that I wrote to customer support by email.
In the first letter their asked advanced information about my identification, but in the second was just like scam about Exclusive Opportuniy to Double my crypto, if I will send to specific address a litle bit money :)

After scam letters from their support I have got next message with text:

What we have:

- A lot negative comments about this company
- Scam from their support (I dont now what is happened") but I'm doubt to trust them.
- They didn't solve my question about transaction

I'm not understanding why Durov, who often talk about safety and trust, have been starting to work with so strange company (I understand that Wallet is not Telegram, but they promote that and people trust to them as to Telegram).

I have order 95 ton to usdt and 14 days later nothing happen. I don't know where the support is. Never Buy here just use binance instead

Buy TON, don’t get coins. But my money was taken. No transactions history. Scam! Don’t buy anything!

I bought 10 TON to my telegram wallet, The crypto was not credited, but the money was withdrawn from my bank account. Scammers!

I purchased 15 USDT, the money was instantly deducted from my card. Nothing has been credited to my wallet, there is no response, and there is no record of the transaction!

It's a scam. Lost da money within a second transaction, customer service is not responsive.

I had the misfortune of dealing with dishonest individuals on this platform. One such individual from this website engaged in fraudulent activities that resulted in financial loss on my part.

Despite providing evidence of these fraudulent transactions, the platform has taken no discernible action to address the issue or to safeguard its users against such incidents. This lack of action and apparent disregard for user safety has left me feeling unprotected and undervalued as a customer.

Furthermore, my requests for a refund of the improperly taken funds have been met with silence, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction with the platform's customer service.

If my situation is not resolved and my funds are not refunded, I am prepared to take legal action to recover my losses. I believe that a platform that hosts transactions should bear some responsibility for the actions of its users and should take necessary measures to ensure user safety.

I hope that sharing my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others and prompt the platform to improve its user protection measures.

I trusted the site as it was trusted by Telegram app. But a little shady.
A website like this should at least have some minimal features for user.
It shows a success message with details at the end, but there is no history of transactions or any kind of user settings. There is no email / SMS confirmation of purchase. The 24/7 support is an email address.
