In a pinch and Nemal saved the day
I am an authorized Audio Video Lighting dealer and integrator. I am very particular about equipment that I utilize and purchase. Last week I was in dire need for two RG-8 cables with 50 ohm BNC connectors. The quality of the cable needed to be very high due to the nuances of the venue. I also needed the terminations to be flawless and of the highest integrity which would be tested upon install. Benjamin and Madeline were my reps and they made sure that I had my cables on such short notice.
As soon as I received my cables, I knew I had made a purchase from true professionals. I was in the military and worked on high end communication systems. My attention to detail and discriminating eye (for gear) makes me instantly notice quality. Nemal came through and won me as a client. Very good customer service. I had accidentally ordered the wrong part, I was able to have my order cancelled and fixed before shipping off to me. Which probably caused Nemal some headaches but saved me from a bunch of headaches.

(TL:DR - Great people, good company. Will deliver as promised. Will use them often, you should too.)
I canceled my original order out of frustration with the often used "Supply Chain Issues - Sorry" excuse...
It's getting old and weak, and it's getting used more often recently to cover laziness and poor performance than actual lack of parts and pieces from afar. When I order Overnight, I expect overnight. (but I am reasonable that it I order after 3:30pm, I *might* not get the item... I understand order processing and shipping - I'm not a total monster...)
The issue was not with the people or the sales experience- I was ordering a piece of hardware that is not in common use and is not a parts-on-the-shelf item and needs lead time to procure.
After implementing some work-arounds and putting band-aids on our DT12 issues, the holidays fell on us with a vengeance - between busy schedules in the building and being out of town, I began to look around for equipment again.
I was emailed by Nemal Electronics sales manager during the interim, and I got back in touch with her.
She assured me they could deliver my equipment in a timely manner, and was very apologetic about the situation.
We had a quick discussion about my needs, and I doubled my order...
We executed the sale and I got my long awaited, much needed parts BEFORE the promised date.
(And as an aside, I had seen Ben's very generous offer detailed below to compensate for my frustration, and we discussed it. The offer stood, but I insisted on paying for the parts. Business is business and I want a good business to prosper and thrive... just the spirit of the offer is more appreciated... To take further advantage is not in my nature.)
Nemal Electronics Int'l has earned my business, and I will continue to use them as my technical renovations progress.
Pay no attention to the lines below - they are the ravings of a frustrated Director of Technology who needs to just chill a bit before writing reviews...
Don't lie to customers (or by omission of critical information mislead customers)
If you permit me to order a piece of equipment, promise second day delivery, I expect it in two business days.
I do not expect to have to call into your business office and finally find out that a piece of equipment is backordered and available in 6 weeks, but it would be sent 2nd day delivery once it arrived at your facility.
