The best and easiest to sort repair I've ever had.
It was easy to book a repair which was handled extremely well. Even going beyond and resetting timers for me on ovens etc as the electricity to the kitchen had to be turned off.
No waste was left behind either and the engineer was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and on time.

Lack of Communication internally
I told the service Centre that the oven needed two new parts, 0102 and 0135. Engineer had to come back again as he was only supplied with part 0102.
