Same bad experience as others.
Paid for stickers, never got them and nobody ever replied to any of my mails.

no answer on mail, an unexisting track and trace.
weeks without any confirmation . I don't trust it

Unacceptable service- in fact I am concerned that they are scammers? I bought a pack of stickers for crying out loud. They haven't shipped it, don't respond to my (at least 20) emails or messages on the Facebook, but they took my money. I would advise not to buy from them until they prove their service is legit! I wish I had read the other reviews before I bought.

I was so excited about the sticker bomb, that was over a month ago, I still haven't received the stickers or the refund I have requested. They responded once 2 weeks ago and said that the delay was due to the Chinese New year, such crap. Now they haven't responded to email, or on facebook. I left comments on a post on their Facebook page and they immediately reported it as spam and had the comment hidden. They are obviously active, why not respond? Absolutely horrendous customer service. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy order from these people. Seriously anything these douchebags have to sell can be found on Amazon. Shop somewhere else

I made a simple order of 17€99 with shippment, 30 days have passed so i decided to send an email like they say we shold do so in theyr site

UAU! such a statement! Well yeah the thing is i decided to send the email that was no answered in 24/7 as they say... so i sended another one! And still with no response i decided to chek theyr facebook page! they have a chat and all! So i tought they would amswer on facebook but the same without luck, they did not answered me at all!
So i go to the email that has been sent by them! about my purchase order... i press the link to see how his the order, and after 30 days its still

"We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status."

REALLY? After 30 days they are still getting ready 50 stickers in a bag!? relly?!

So i spamed on theyr facebook posts demanding someone to talk to and they start to mark as spam ofcourse they canb mark spam and block you on theyr facebook page but they can not answer you! xDD remember;
