I bought an Alexis bag from Minx leather not only was it fantastic quality but the workmanship was out standing. It is a great bag. The best experience I had was when the order was delivered not only was the parcel beautifully packed but the card inside made me feel so special. It was like getting a birthday present!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Minx Leather Products was extremely disappointing.

I placed a custom leather order with a tight deadline and provided clear, written instructions: the leather should not scratch easily, it should be stiff rather than soft, and the laptop sleeve must fit a 16-inch laptop. I was assured that these requirements would be met and that the workmanship would match the reference images I supplied.

Unfortunately, the products I received did not meet those expectations. The stitching was uneven and untidy, the leather was much softer and thinner than specified, and the interior of the laptop sleeves had exposed metal parts from the fasteners that could damage a laptop. The passport holders also differed noticeably from the approved samples.

I raised these concerns immediately, and although the supplier initially indicated that they would address them, no remedy or replacement was provided. My client ultimately rejected the goods, leaving my business with a financial loss.

Throughout the process, communication from the supplier became difficult and unhelpful, and no refund or apology was offered. I found the overall approach unprofessional and uncooperative.

Based on my experience, I would caution other buyers to proceed carefully and obtain written confirmation of specifications and quality assurances before placing an order.
