I have used Neat for several years and…

I have used Neat for several years and they have been okish. In the past six months, I have placed orders and been advised stock is ready to ship, then nothing.
I end up chasing them and they come at me with the same excuse that they ran out of stock just before you ordered and the system did not have a chance to update.
They never contact you to advise you of this so you could decide to proceed with the order or go elsewhere. Instead you are left waiting and waiting for over a week in one instance.
Eventually you call them up and the woman refuses to accept any responsibility on behalf of the Company and then slams the phone down on you!
I would avoid this Company at all costs.
Customer Service is non existent and the system they operate appears to be a scam pretending to have stock when they don't.
Shop elsewhere for your oils

Excellent natural products company!

I ordered from this company for the first time this week and I really like it - they have a huge range of natural products and the wholesale prices are far more reasonable compared to the more well-known companies selling essential oils online. Very quick delivery, nothing missing and everything was very well packaged. Will definitely be ordering from them again
