Iphone 6 stopped working after three months. It was a Refurbished phone, but not with original parts. Have been trying to return it for a refund for the past 6 months. No correspondence from emails, try the nz phone number and a message is played then the phone cuts off. Do not buy from this site. Their website looks legitimate, but I would say its a scam.

My Order (532-11041) was cancelled right after order. I received an answer stating that my cancellation request was forwarded to the higher department and that normally refund will take place after 1-2 weeks. I actually received a confirmation of cancellation.
I contacted them again to ask or a a specific time for my refund (I paid directly from my bank account).

Now, I wait for the refund. Phone number seems hoax or not working correctly, always being "number 4 in cue".

If I don't receive my money very soon, I m going to contact my representative in EU with the related consequences for google listing, checking accounts in EU (GB is still member) and international prosecution with the respective collaboration requests to HK gov.

I will wait for next monday.

Ordered an iPhone from Ndbd. This was 6 weeks ago. Didn't receive it for 3 weeks. Cancelled my order and still havn't got my money back...
This seems like fraud tbh...

I ordered an iPhone 6 ten days ago, and nothing heard since. Six to eight-day delivery, supposedly. I got no response to my email so I contacted them, eventually, by phone and live chat. I got a "will look into it" response.
Still, nothing heard, so I'm figuring it may all be an elaborate scam.

SCAM Company.
I received a useless iPhone 6s. I took it to the phone store and they said the motherboard was broken and most likely couldn´t be repaired and the battery didn't work.
In order to request a return, I had to fill out a form, send pictures and make a video. I called NDBD every other day and in 1 month I only received two (standard) emails asking me to fill out the (already filled out) form.
I could see it would take around 7 weeks to determine if I could return the phone, another 4-6 weeks for the Hong Kong department to determine what is wrong with the phone. I would still risk that NDBD determined that it could be repaired and sent back (could you imagine how long that would take?). I honestly was´t sure I would ever see the phone nor the money again. I ended up selling the iPhone to Apple Store as second hand parts for scrap and buying a complete new one. When I got home the safety copy from the NDBD-phone was broken or not compatible with my new phone. Everything seems dodgy about this company. Im not sure this was even a real iPhone. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying something online and I would recommend you not to buy from here.
