Perfect job. 7 month and everything is running just fine.

Very happy with phone and at a value for money price.

The phone is faulty and I'm waiting for a response on how to resolve the issue.

This is my sons phone, and the phone is not much good... in fact he is back to using his old apple phone. As new phone has very bad signal strength or connection (drops out or wont connect)

Good price for a good product. The only negative aspect is that the shipment was done very late and the product was delivered after 13 days of ordering.

I paid extra money to have the phone delivered quickly and it was eventually delivered nearly three weeks late. Very, very poor customer service. No one answered the phone when I rang for support and there is a genuine lack of customer service to the point that I actually believed that NDBD was a scam site and had stolen my money. It is too expensive and painful to try and exchange the phone for a refund. I will never consider doing business with this company again and will tell everyone I know of the extremely poor experience with NDBD. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

I am surprised at all the negative reviews. We bought from NDBD because we had a terrible experience with Quick Mobile Fix, who still owe me money. NDBD delivered quickly and my daughter has absolutely no complaints, the phone works perfectly.

Maybe if it breaks down and they don't live up to the warranty we will change our mind, but a couple of weeks since we received the phone, so far so good.

I bought a Iphone 6S Plus. Is like new. Excellent.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I ordered an iPhone 6S and all was ok. The order was made on Wednesday morning, phone arrived next week on Thursday, so it took just over a week. Phone works perfectly. My housemate ordered the same phone from this company last October/November and didn't have any issues either. Would recommend and would buy again.

The iPhone SE I got had a speaker issue. I could return it to get a other one, but according to where I live, it would have been too long and too expensive.

I bought 2 IPhones 6s, they arrived on time, everything in the box and works very well, I only wish I had purchassed earlier.

Paid extra for express delivery for my item ordered in December and it never arrived on time for Christmas. Ended up having to buy another phone as it was a Santa gift. Tried contacting you guys via online chat - line kept disconnecting mid conversation. My husband tried ringing your customer service number Thursday 21st December as I had gotten numerous emails to say my item as on the way from 17th December.... it wasn't. My husband gave up on your phone line service after waiting over half an hour and only moved from number 14 to 11 in the queue. Logged calls. No one has gotten back. NEVER AGAIN. My first and last time using this website. The item took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Have contacted numerous times to request a refund and to date no one has gotten back to me.

I ordered a phone for yous and was trying to contact yous as there was no movement on the shipping I rang 27 times witch ran up a bill on my phone for 40+ euro left multiple messages leaving my number and and asked for someone to contact me back I also left several email and still no contact was made it got to the stage I thought I had been scamed by your company ... in the end I did revive the phone 3 days before Christmas witch was over 2weeks after the estimated delivery date and had already bought another phone so I'd have something for my daughter under the tree on Christmas day ... I will not buy for this company and I will never recommend yous to anyone ... to have an unnamed customer services phone number is unacceptable and the stress I had over the Christmas period was horrendous

Excellent phone not one scratch on it and everything working great also battery life is great.

I sincerely hope someone of your team or bosses reads this and takes action.

ordering process: no update to order, after email from me there was 3 conflicting emails telling me to be patient. In the end a phone was sent thru matching the online reviews for this ripoff which i checked out in the waiting period. Its clearly a frankenstein (read: monstrosity) phone and not what i ordered (Iphone SE, 64GB)

the "device":
the touchscreen doesnt work AT ALL (hypersensitive and letters are picked randomly the whole time starts 2 seconds after activation of phone)
the GPS doesnt work (i have a "proper" iphone next to it to compare) and shows about 100m away from standing point.
the sim card slot is different color to rest of phone (i guess old 5s model?)
the phone seems to struggle with the Operating system (iOS) a LOT.
I cant take calls. probably cellular antenna? to be honest i put it into a corner in the room out of desperation.

dont know what i did expect for the price but you guys really are doing a lot of things wrong. I guess you buy used/broken Iphone skeletons and then change the sensors to cheaper ones? and touchscreen probably also is a cheap version of the "original" apple one.

Unfortunately phone bent within 2 months of purchase whilst in my son's pocket! No exaggeration. Then my son dropped it and cracked the screen as teenagers do and now we have no warranty and cant claim for previous bending issue. Very disappointed as spent a lot of money for this phone and was my son's birthday present.

I received my order very fast and the iPhone 6s is in a very good condition! Very satisfied with this purchase.

battery life is poor. My phone doesn't last more than 6 hours without much use. Can you pl send me new battery

IPhone arrived with accessories as expected. My only surprise was the packaging. Although we’ll wrapped on the outside, the phone was sitting in a sponge recess on the top of the box (ok, not an actual iPhone box but was a suitable box) but the accessories (charger and earphones) were rattling around inside the box with no packing materials. It was a bit disconcerting to receive a rattling package like that knowing that it had travelled some distance (internationally) and been handled, thrown around, etc. in various courier depots and vans along the way. All was fine with it, but it was surprising that a company priding itself in the ‘good as new’ restored phones didn’t pack it a bit better. Hence 4 out of 5 stars .

I asked you to send me the free BONE COLLECTION LIGHTNING CAP in both my orders and I didn't get them! You say it's free to orders above 100$ but you never send it! You're need to correct this!
