The delivery was expect to take at least three days from the ordered day, but the product arrived two days.

Overall I have best experience, NCMobile listen to my every request and answer all my question with good attitude and with a fast respons. The delivery is fast and I'm enjoying my new device.

Extremely fast delivery from KR to JP, took 2-3 days.

Phone arrived safely, box was nicely bubble wrapped all around. Played around with the phone for an hour now, seems to be in all working order.

I don't know if they'll keep this up in the future but they also included a premium jelly case with a screen protector. A 5w wireless charger with a charging cable and a little key ring, because why not.

All in all 10/10 will order from here again in the future.

I received the product earlier than the said arrival date on their website, This is my first time ordering this expensive phone on a shopping website so before I buy I make sure that I've checked the credibility and reviews of the website, and luckily they have a TRUSPILOT review on it and I trust this review site. The package is good and no dents or crumpled on the box itself or damage. Then the instructions included on how to activate the sim free here in Japan is very straightforward.

However, I just want to add for future reference to included some authenticity card that includes the warranty and instructions on how to receive the warranty if there is a damage on the item.

But overall experience is good.

The shipment and delivery was fast. I received the item without any hassles and the item was in perfect condition. In addition, there were 3 gifts (a ring holder, a 5W wireless charger, and a transparent flexible plastic case). However, even though nothing happened during the shipment, it would be much better if the packaging was more secure.

so happy i bought it.. it doesn't take too much time to set up my phone.. but my problem is the option on the answering voice call it only speak Korean language that can't turn to English or Japanese.. so i turn it off..
other than that is it'sgood.

Firstly its legit and honestly safe to buy online gadgets for Samsung. The delivery was fast (no weekend transactions though fyi). I bought a NEW S22 ultra 256gb 5g and upon inspection, the satifaction level is at its peak. Highly recommended for choosing safe online stores.
