First of all I love this product. This product looks like new. Not even a scratch in this mobile

Fast and cheaper than the norm. No issue whatsoever. The added cover for free is a good plus to protect the phone before getting something durable. Glad to have given it a chance!

The gadget was in the quality that I expected. I have not observed defects or experienced technical problems with the gadget so far. It was also delivered very fast (within 24 hours) and was handed on time. Thank you.

- It is connected to Paidy, so I got assured that it is safe to purchase here.
- The order process was easy and quick but they do not give much information like expected date of delivery.
- After 2 working days, my order was shipped and I received an email with the tracking number. I was constantly checking on the tracker and I got worried when the shipment has been in the customs clearance for more than 3 days.
- If I hadn't sent an email to the shipper I wouldn't know that it got stuck there, no idea why. They are responsive in the email but they do not give proper updates to the customers which is really annoying. -- - After almost 3 weeks, they offered to cancel my order so that I could order a new one for the same price, and they guaranteed it will arrive faster. They said they have confirmed that new shipments were able to get delivered to Japan within 2-3 days.
- I find it really odd that the new shipments went through customs easily while old shipments couldnt. I asked, and they answered that my order was shipped through a new courier thus the reason why it is taking so long to be cleared, and that new shipments are through their original courier.
- At first, I didn't agree because the item that I ordered (Samsung S24 Ultra 256GB, Yellow worth 145,000 JPY) was already sold out. When they guaranteed that when they cancel, I would be able to order again for the same price.
- When I finally agreed to that, they canceled and I was surprised that the same unit was in stock : 1 unit left.
- Good thing my order didn't push through, and I did not pay anything yet.
If you are thinking of ordering here because it's cheaper, THINK AGAIN

The purchasing process was super easy. My phone was also delivered to Japan safely and quickly, with everything working and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend NC Mobile to others.

I researched NC Mobile and was a little worried at first that the product may not be genuine. However, the product I ordered (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra) was delivered very quickly, and in perfect condition in an unopened box. I bought a S24 Ultra. The product is authentic and I received it in 3 days! The customer service is also excellent. They included some acccesories also. Really satisfied. Highly recommended.

NC Mobile has great costumer service. They get back to you right away and are very knowledgeable and upfront about anything you ask them. They also have great genuine Samsung products straight from South Korea. Additionally, they also provide a one year warranty on their new products. I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 in March 2024. It came to my house in only 2 days and they included a free case and other accessories. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to ordering from them in the future.

This is my first purchase of a mobile phone over the internet. It's expensive price makes me have many concerns about the store. But I talked to him and ordered on Tuesday.
