I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Nancy Cicerone and NC Fit was honestly awful. Investing in this program was a complete waste of money.
Nancy is hands down one of the rudest, most unprofessional business owners I’ve ever dealt with. From my experience, she was attentive right up until she had my payment, but after that, actual support went out the window. There is zero genuine effort to tailor anything to real-life schedules or personal circumstances. Instead of offering constructive guidance or adjustments when things got tough, I was essentially treated like I was just being "lazy."
The high staff turnover is also a massive red flag, it felt like people were constantly coming and going behind the scenes, which speaks volumes about how things are run.
Save your money and find a coach who actually cares about clients rather than just collecting payments. Avoid at all costs.
