As a personal trainer, I know what to do, but after a tough couple of years, I wasn’t following my own advice. Nancy Dino’s program gave me the reset I needed. I honestly don’t know where to begin – Nancy Di Nino Fitness and her 21 Day Muscle Makeover Challenge completely changed my life.
I joined feeling stuck in menopause: low energy, stubborn weight that wouldn’t budge no matter how much cardio I did, and I wasn’t seeing results in the gym despite showing up and wondering “why isn’t this working?” In just 21 days Nancy taught me how to lift properly, how to eat for strength (not starvation), and, most importantly, that building muscle in midlife is not only possible, it’s absolutely empowering.

I did the 21 day IGNITE challenge, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to challenge yourself to be better than you were yesterday, to want MORE for yourself, and learn how to get there with like minded women.
