Product is great overall. But I had a couple questions and concerns during the buying process and trying to find customer service is literally impossible.

Worst customer service and tech department I have ever experienced. They market to laundry machines yet don’t have any tools necessary to actually get them installed properly on your machines. One excuse after another, no response to emails or calls, tech department have no idea what they’re doing, wasted numerous hours over the phone when I was able to get ahold of them. Terrible company! Spyderwash was seamless and it was so easy to setup, I could install it myself. Was up and running in 2 days instead of weeks and still didn’t get the Nayax card readers to work with the machine. They “pride” themselves on customer service yet don’t answer calls or emails. Apparently they have had success on “numerous” laundry machines but somehow failed to help me on one of the most popular commercial laundry machines out there, Speed Queen. If you’re looking for a distinguished company who knows what they’re doing, I’d recommend Spyderwash, NOT Nayax.

Still trying to get away from them. Talked to one of their terrible reps and she said if I pay $100 they'll leave me alone. I agreed, made my payment and now they're threatening to take me to collections couple weeks later. This company is wild. Bunch of liars with a garbage product that never works. Stay away!!!

After 8 years of being with Nayax, suddenly I have 7 months of constant connection failures that has cost me tens of thousands of pounds in lost sales, unnecessary new hardware purchases, expensive on-site support that did nothing, etc etc, I've finally foundcanother company to supply card reading devices and manage my reimbursements.
My company turned over £700,000 last year and Nayax are losing us because of thier and their service contractor's incompetence.
I'm so glad to be rid of them at last!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Nayax have gave me the run around for approximately 8 weeks now trying to get a simple turnstile set up and operational - We finally have it operational and there are numerous issues with it not communicating, not taking payments and just being very incompetent.

This company says please reach out we will find another avenue for onboarding but that’s just to make it look like they are helping. Here we are months later no replies but to say so sorry you spent thousands on a machine that you can not use. Stay far far away. There are companies that actually want your business. It looks like everyone who works there just shows up to get a check and does not actually do any work. Frustrated no one replies and if they do it’s a copy and paste reply.

I tried making an account with them but seems like they aren’t interested . I never got an email back from them even though it said I would get an email from them within 48 hours after I sent in my information. It’s been almost a week now. Called several times and never spoke to a human or got a call back after being on hold for hours for 3 days straight . Finally gave up

I would give nayax a 5 star if they can get those response time shorter. On some days zi have to wait 2hrs for a call back.
But overall they do resolve any issues that I have. I wouldn't use any other company.

Going on 5 hours trying to get logged in to my account. Spoke with a rude ineffective tech support representative that did nothing but tell me they would get back with me.
It's been two weeks since the last time I've been able to login. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience with this company. The set up took three months before I got access to any funds.
I will never purchase another card reader from this company. If I could I would trash them and go with another. Unfortunately having 18 readers it's not possible.
