I have been with Nayax for about 3 years now. Anytime I need anything, support is on the phone with me troubleshooting in the field. Not only will they help you with their device they will help you with your specific machine to make sure its configured correctly. Customers love the interactive screen for payments! The ability to print a fill page is a game changer! Payments drop right on time every Thursday!

We made the switch from Cantaloupe to Nayax about 3–4 years ago (back when MoMa was in its first version), and honestly, we haven’t looked back. Setup is super easy—just an MDB wire and an antenna, and you’re good to go. The product mapping feature and mobile app are game-changers, and if you want to take it even further, the app even generates picklists for prekitting. If you're getting into the vending business, this is where efficiency starts. It’s the system serious vending professionals rely on, and for good reason. I have had the most frustrating experience with Nayax’s customer service, and I feel compelled to share these so others can be aware. My company has been trying for five weeks to get our credit card payments processed for our vending machine, and we've been met with nothing but the runaround the entire time.
Every time I call their customer service or finance department, I either get no resolution or am told exactly what I want to hear without any follow-through. Despite numerous attempts, no one seems to take responsibility or provide real answers. Promises of follow-up are made, but nothing ever happens. It's like a never-ending cycle of frustration and disappointment.
The lack of action and transparency has been truly appalling. It's unacceptable for a company that provides financial services to be this unresponsive, especially when your business is depending on timely payments. At this point, I'm at my wit's end. I really don’t want to escalate this and involve a lawyer, but it’s starting to feel like that may be the only option left if they don’t resolve the issue soon.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering using Nayax—be prepared for poor customer service and endless delays.

Had our credit machine break down. Was out in the cold weather on the phone with nayax for over 15 hours trying the same thing over and over. Everytime I called back in the new worker would do the same thing as the old one. I begged them to look at the notes and they continued to do the same thing. I finally had one worker fix it and then it crashed again. I was told I had to let it update which took 3 hours. This didnt work and I HAD to do it again 3 more times before they would send me a new machine. I did this and they said they were sending me one. I have called in at least 20 times trying to get an update on if the new machine is coming. Our payment system has not been active for weeks now. I keep being told they are not sure and that I will be contacted. Company is an absolute joke. Half the time they dont even call you back or answer the phone. If you have any other option, stay far away.

Jeepers if they hadnt been installed id be sending them back, what a shit show trying to get installed and up and running, now i need to buy new coin readers so they will work, the contract went back and forward, back and forward & & & now they have taken money and there not even up and running, wow just wow.

If I could give this company zero stars; I would. They do not fully explain contracts but instead rush you to sign up. Once you become a customer then the horrible customer service begins. They take almost 3-4 hours to answer the phone then place you back on hold several times to get answered and this is their Finance department. They take you in complete circles to get nothing resolved. Do yourself a favor, go with Cantalope or any other company besides Nayak. Again the customer service is HORRIBLE!
Update: Nayak, you did not reply to my review earlier. That was another disgruntled customer. I am still waiting on your finance team to reconcile my account and provide the correct information which appears to be an all day struggle. Your agent, Tamika, has not be truthful and not willing do their job on providing the information. When responding, please do your due diligence on the situation at hand.

Absolutely the worst customer service you’ll ever experience. I have bought several devices now from Nayax, and it’s like pulling teeth to get even the slightest bit of competency from any of the staff. Sales managers? Bad. Tech support? Nonexistent. Finance? Didn’t even know how to transfer a phone line. Also, Nayax Capital is their way of allowing small businesses to finance devices. That sounds great until you try to use Nayax Capital and basically if you aren’t already booming with success from the start, you won’t gain any credit and even if you have several hundred dollars in credit, they will still make you pay hundreds of dollars down. In my case the down payment was going to be 75% of the total cost. That’s not financing anymore, that’s just moronic. I stressed to them that I had a new machine being installed this week, and I was passed around from department to department for 3 days before they helped me get my order placed. I will 100% be switching to Cantaloupe. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH NAYAX!

Mid December one of my card readers stopped authorising payments; m told it’s some issues with Credorax and then ooow maybe it’s because you have an out dated card reader. You need to get a new one….. so I get a new one, exact same issue it’s now nearing the end of January and still no resolution… ooow we best escalate this to tier 2 technical department… why was this not done in the first instance over 5 weeks ago!!!!!?
22nd of January - Still waiting… lost ££££ in coffee sales and still can’t sell coffee through my unmanned coffee machine. Infuriating is an understatement!
Update - the issue was resolved on Friday 24th January and we have been offered a good will gesture for the inconvenience caused and a full written explanation of what happened and why

I have 0 idea how this person has a job in customer service, unable to read apparently and is so rude when she doesnt understand what youre trying to explain. In fairness every individual at NAYAX is pretty damn good at their own job and sychronisation between individuals is far from the worst I've ever seen.
The company culture of do nothing that can be dumped onto the customer to do themselves is the absolute pits though.
Combine that with their default assumption that every customer is as completely au-fait with NAYAX in-house techno-gibberish, jargon-jabber and their '7th level of hell' unintuitive software and processes as they are and it's not an experience that I would wish on Hitler's ghost.

customer service may as well say non exsistent i have 3 brand new devices all of fhem gave problems one still giving problems suppkrt say they fixed it for third time by disabling features they want me to run a faulty device after paying full price for it no offers of replacement device just run around after run around from supossed techs who know nothing if imcould give a rating of negative i would but 1 star is as low as i can go is a ongoing issue with nomsoulution in sight the replay gives a email address that doesn't exist negative 5 star review
