Out of nothing one off the Front wheels came off and cannot be repaired, needs replacement. Lousy production quality emerges here.

The X350 is also afraid of grass and doesn’t mow all the grass making little islands of high grass that grow in diameter fast.also around trees the not mowed area grows and grows.
As a fix ( instead of making better software) they suggested to block vision fence. Sadly that creates an almost continuously beeping very slow mower that annoys everyone!

They should ensure all grass is mown within te designated areas and provide a ‘no beep’ switch. The way it functions now you need a second mower to mow all the high grass parts. I very much regret buying this X350

Easy to use, great product.

Navimow h500 installation was easy. Mow experiance was good. Only why are there only 3 blades wouldn.t it be nicer to have more blades for cutting?

Pre purchase help, with planning zones, channels and where to place docking station. Dealers were great to deal with.

Didn't deliver to our address as we are remote and rural but do have big courier companies delivering to our island. Managed to get it delivered to a courier that does deliver to us, so delivery took a while longer but it was worth waiting for. Easy to set up and just does it's thing. Saves me hours, giving me time to do other gardening jobs. Changes direction on each mow so ensuring even cutting of the lawn.

Great help from customer service when I realized I’d ordered the wrong unit. Delivery exactly when expected. Very user-friendly, well thought-through app. And the mower itself has now done a fantastic job in a quirky lawn for several weeks without once hitching up. All for a great price - worth every penny.

I had a difficult install of my Navimow due to the fact i had no Wifi available. With the in depth help from customer service i was able to use a mobile phone as a hot spot and install the Navimow App on another mobile. Then i was able to complete the setup and also download software updates. My lawn is like a bowling green!! YeeeHaaa

I upgraded from an i120 to an i220 AWD and was very pleased with it's power and better cutting. Everything went great for several cuttings and then the mapped boundary started shifting (up to one foot off the original map). When I contacted support, they did not seem to understand the problem. After several days of communicating, still no suggestions or answers!! I finally determined myself that an antenna was needed and the issue has been resolved without any suggestions or help from support?? Frustrated and disappointed!!! 7/7 to 7/21

I am extremely satisfied with my Segway Navimow i215 LiDAR. It is an excellent robotic mower that has exceeded my expectations. The mowing quality is outstanding, the navigation is very accurate, and the mowing pattern leaves my lawn looking clean and professional. The app is intuitive and easy to use, making setup, mapping, and scheduling simple even for more complex gardens. I also appreciate how quiet, reliable, and efficient the mower is. Just missing a library for old maps where you could pick up good one that you know is working. Otherwise very pleased.
