Navimow/Bestmow Comparison
My navimow never cuts as well as my best mow t1000. My BEST MOW T1000 was a lot cheaper, easier to install and lay out, due to the drag and map feature. It cuts much better, longer life battery and covers more ground on one charge. I found both apps similar in features and ease to work. Navimow's system "lost my mower" one time, but its nav system seems to work slightly more efficiently than Bestmow. Overall both are good mowers but myself, I like the bestmow a little better due to coverage, battery life, and lower price. I now own two bestmows that due the majority of the yard.

Purchased locally from Bere Robotics who provided an excellent service and also first class support afterwards.
Also good online support if needed.
Mower performs well and meets expectations.
Happy to recommend to a prospective purchaser in Devon/Cornwall.

My navimow i108e is simply too stupid
My navimow i108e is simply too stupid. I have to rescue it all the time from being stuck. It takes the most ridiculously paths to a destination zone, not using channels made for an easier route. It goes back and forth from the sight of leaves and slightly tall grass.

Segway novimow
Segway novimow has cut my gardening time considerably. It took some time to set up with some phone help from Toss Bryan's people my supplier . once I understood the software I was able to programme the novimow myself including adding zones of exclusion around tree roots where theachine was getting stuck . I'm extremely happy with the navimow to date.

Customer service is available and quick to respond, although unfortunately, some issues can't be resolved.
I hope in the future there will be a support department that listens to issues and then incorporates them into the final product.
