SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered 3 weeks ago no reply from customer service suddenly I can't log into account it say we'll send link to reset password because obviously you think you did it incorrectly no link ever came whatspp email & landline don't work EVERYONE WHO PAID WITH CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT DO A BANK Charge BACK FOR Goods NOT RECEIVED CLEARLY Those WHO DO GET IT THE INGREDIENTS ARE DISGUSTING AND HARMFUL Where IS TRADING STANDARDS

This is crap!! Please don’t buy if you have allergies they don’t even refund.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH PPD ALLERGY. Contains toluene, which is basically PPD under a different name. In fact i would say patch test reaction is worse than usual ppd dye - burned skin far larger than test spot. Underhanded sales tactics, especially when considering allergic reactions can be fatal. Also took forever to be delivered. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Avoid

Bought this at Dis chem Bedford Cente as it was on promotion. Terrible hair dye that leaves your hair feeling waxy and it doesn't cover all the Grey! It wont even mix properly in the bottle, its rubbish and causes your skin to burn! Terrible Terrible product!

I finally thought I had found the solution for my ppd allergy and identity crises but my package never even came. I began to wonder when two weeks had passed where my package was at. I googled the reviews and saw many people never even got it and when some got it, turned out to not be ppd free. You do know ppd can be life threatening right? I am deeply upset it’s money right down the drain. Don’t understand how you even allowed a website and selling scams. (And no, it’s been 3/4 weeks now, still no package.)

Thought I found a solution but I did the patch test and had a bad reaction. I'm so glad I didn't put it on my head. It contains ingredients similar to PPD.

I've been using NaturVital for years, 8 years at least and have only good things to say about the company. I was delighted when I found the non PPD hair colour as I had developed an allergy to PPD.
My orders have always been delivered very quickly, within 2 to 3 days. My last order had not arrived after 10 days so I contacted them via WhatsApp (as clearly stated in their delivery email). Within a few days the replacement order had arrived. As always I was impressed with their customer service.

I have used Naturvital for three years without any problems,the hair dye is brilliant can't fault it the delivery is very quick and the customer service which I had to use today was excellent as I couldn't sign in to my account.I got a very quick response and they were very helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews I will be continuing to use them.Thankyou Naturvital

I have been using Natuvital permanent hair dye for 10 years without any issues, as I am allergic to PPD. However, when I used the product I bought from perfumesclub.com in Europe last month, after the New Zealand branch had closed down, I experienced a problem. The package claimed 'No PPD, no ammonia,' etc. After 6 hours of application, I developed severe scalp itching that became unbearable, and I had to wash my hair again at 1:00 in the morning to remove the residue. Now, I have no confidence in using the product again and will have to start patch testing again after 10 years of using it.

I am so sad to say this as I really thought I had found a solution at last. I have researched for many months now to find a hair dye product that does not cause allergic side effects. Finally I came across Natur Vital. Their products are PPD free, parabin free and ammonia free. I used the hair dye on Thursday and followed the instructions to the letter. Upon application I experienced a burning sensation immediately, exactly the same as any shop bought hair dye. I persevered and completed the process. After maybe less than an hour later my whole scalp was weeping as per usual. I had to wash my hair again several times with my steroid shampoo. The next day my scalp was flaking again and this will continue for weeks. I am so sorry to say but this hair dye produces the same allergic reaction as every other hair dye I have used. Now that's not to say it won't work for others but sadly not for me. I will request a GP appointment to further investigate. I must say the delivery time and communication from Natur Vital was excellent.

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for my hair colour after the delivery states 2/3 working days on the website. I’ve emailed the company 3 times and had no response. After reading some reviews I doubt I’ll receive my order or get a refund. DISGUSTED!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM. Ordered natur vital conditioners on 8 June. Emailed customer support a few times which I never got a reply. Tried ringing their customer support number which just goes to voicemail box. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Ordered from these as I was excited to finally find a product that was PPD free. All of their dyes state PPD and ammonia free.

I did a patch test which flared up (most severe I've had to date). Having then studied the ingredients on the actual colour tube to find it included PPD. How can you advertise a product as being one thing but provide something else within the box.

Sad to see the negative reviews, glad I did not see them before I ordered! I need a PPD free hair dye and despaired of finding one. Ordered the blonde 7.3 NaturVital and it is better than any previous product i tried. Great colour, great coverage, gets even better with washing. i have just ordered more and will continue to use this product. Love it!

Ordered a product I have not received. Send three emails but had no response. Asked for a refund and nothing happened.

I would like to leave no stars but cannot. I've ordered from this company for about 2 years no problem. Last order 29th October not received and all correspondence ignored so they've got my money and I've got no product. None of the telephone numbers work either. DISGUSTING DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

It took more than 2 weeks to receive my products, such a shame I really like the products. Customer service must be improved. I have never received any order number.

Ordered hair dye from them as every market hair dye has given me an allergic reaction so needed to find one without PPD, found one on naturvital and ordered it on the 7th January. It’s not the 9the february and my order still hasn’t come! Delivery says “10 days” but here over a month later I still haven’t got it. I got in touch and they said it is on its way but stuck in customs, but I don’t even need the hair dye anymore so have asked for a refund but I haven’t got any response. I don’t have any choice but to give them 1 star seeing as I haven’t received my product and they refuse to issue me a refund.

I would love to leave a positive review but unfortunately my hair colour hasn’t arrived after 10 days. They say 2 to 3 business days for the U.K. I have emailed and messaged them on Facebook but had no response.
It was expensive at £12.95 but I was prepared to give it a try, sadly it looks like I won’t be able to.
UPDATE: hair colour has been taken to the post office however no card was left so I had no idea. I had an email from the company so will attempt to get it tomorrow. Hopefully things are looking up. Managed to locate my parcel. Here goes!
Update, hair colour lovely and hair feels in good condition. Didn’t quite colour all of the grey but blended it quite well.
