Paid £6 for delivery fees, and still waiting for my item a week later. Utterly useless.

Order never arrived. I sent now 3 forms to see where it is. No response whatsoever.

Very good service. I had a problem with my delivery, I contacted Costumer Support, they responded very quickly and helped me with everything

Useless. Customer service is a joke. Didn’t receive order. didn’t receive a refund. Didn’t respond to any messages/emails.

I paid £55 for two bottles of Berbarine supplements. What I received was a box of seaweed sheets for making sushi worth about £5.
Contacted the company and they assured me they would "look into it".
They did nothing - no further contact and certainly not sent me the supplements.
AVOID this company. Mistakes happen but being sent something cheap shows they made a delivery but not the supplements I actually ordered. They did nothing to correct my order.

Great service from Naturitas, I ordered some gluten free brewers yeast on 30th July, they arrived safe and well packed today. Tracking information was provided and the rest is history.

I have ordered several items from Naturitas and have received the items requested in good time however one two occasions I have tried to contact Customer Support via their online forms but haven't received any responses whatsoever! One time it was because I wanted to add to an order I'd just placed as I wanted to combine the postage - no response! This actually did me a favour as I looked into the products a bit more and found them much cheaper elsewhere. I will try to avoid purchasing from this company again as I just don't like paying for bad or non-existent service.

I do not believe the item they sent me was lemon balm,it has no affect. When I use the lemon balm, I am growing in my home. It has a relaxing effect on the muscles and a slightly sedative effect. Their so called lemon balm is useless. You will be wasting your money.

If I could leave less than one star review I would. Please do not fall for purchasing from this company. They are scammers.

Naturitas stole my money. After my delivery of Manganese did not arrive they said I would have to fill out a form, which I did, they did not reply back to me after 2 months, now they are saying it's my problem, and I need to check with my post office. No refund, no replacement product, disgusting company.

Ordered 14 items 6 days ago from the UK, and all arrived today! This was my second order from Naturitas in two months, and I’ve had a great experience both times. As someone noted, the declared weight of my parcel was possibly about 2x than its actual weight, incurring a higher postal charge. Plus, some of the items were really overpriced. Nearly gave a 4 star for this.. However, a few other items were discounted and, having recently experienced first hand the lengthy and tedious bureaucracy required for shipping even a simple parcel from the EU to the UK, I was so impressed by how quickly my Naturitas parcels were dispatched and delivered. Overall happy because I can continue to buy products no longer easily found in the UK. Don’t let me down Naturitas!

I was waiting long time my parcel and received not full parcel. I tried to contact them but they didn't respond.

I usually buy my gluten free and organic products here and I am very happy with the quality of the products, never had a problem with the delivery ONLY problem is that it can take an extra time for the products to arrive since they are based overseas.
Rather than that I am a happy customer :)

I usually order Bolero fruit powder water supplements from Amazon but they have been out of stock of my favourite flavour for a while. So then I went to the Naturitas website to order and was stunned when my 10 packs of 36g sachet boxes (weighing just 360 gms in total) have postage and packing costs slapped on them for a box weighing between 1-2kg!

I believe it is a scam to bump up the profits going to Naturitas and I'm pretty upset about it because it's difficult to get this flavour fruit powder anywhere else, so you are pretty much held to ransom. And it's not so much the price, but the sheer dishonesty that upsets me.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I wish I could read those reviews before. I bought an airy fryer Ariete XXL, the day it was meant to be delivered they sent me an email saying that he order was cancelled because out of stock (ALTHOUGH IT'S STILL ON SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE!!) saying that I will be receiving my refund within few days. NO REFUND RECEIVED, NEITHER THEY REPLY ANYMORE TO MY EMAIL. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

After making a purchase on this website my card details were fraudulently used to attempt to buy £1200 worth of Apple products. I don’t tend to shop on individual sites like this. A very stressful day trying to deal with the bank to sort this out. After reading the reviews I don’t hold out hope that the products I ordered will arrive either. Also receiving lots of scam attempt emails since as-well. Very upsetting.

Hi. I'm from UK. I have ordered Sana bread maker from Naturitas on 03/02/2023 cost £298. After purchase I come across this review website and I started panicking, but it was too late to cancel the order, because it was dispatched. I thought that I have lost my money. My stress was unnecessary. They sent me tracking number next day and responded to my emails promptly. Parcel arrived on 07/02/2023 in perfect state, exactly as I have ordered. Bread maker is amazing. It's the cheapest you can get, without paying import charges and postage cost you only £6.89. If you order from manufacturer from Czechia you will pay around £450 for bread maker plus £35 postage.
I'm very happy with my purchase and overall experience with Naturitas shop. I don't know why some people have bad experience, but my was awesome.

Sham company lies to its customers and then no support given.

Ordered from this company as it has a uk site and delivery time of 2-3 days. To my surprise these items are late and when I try to contact the company all they have is a form to fill out. Then I find out that although it’s a uk site the company base is girona meaning they are blatantly lying to their customers. Asked where my delivery is as it’s now been around 9 days and still nothing. All I been told is it’s been sent and to wait. The tracking says 48 hour delivery but that would never be possible for royal mail as the item is not in the uk and has to go through international mail system.

Shop at your own risk!!

Item arrived so after ten days only to find that they have actually sent me the wrong one. Now if they were the same I would say it’s an honest mistake but I can only assume this was an attempt to cheat a customer thinking they wouldn’t know any better.

The item I ordered was light agave syrup which had a golden colour to it and costs £64.25 although for some reason I was charged £64.65.
What actually arrived was the lower quality darker syrup which has a dark brown look to it costs £42.50.
Now if you work with these a lot you will know the difference so for the company to send a totally different cheaper item tells me that you have tried to scam a customer and now have been caught out.

Received an expired product (04/2022) for kids use, no answer from customer service.

Terrible customer service.

They clearly stated a promised delivery date, in breach of that and did not do the right thing and refund my p&p.

Do not put a “promise date” and then expect customers to be patient and understanding with delayed deliveries. You have a responsibility as a business to not mislead your customers, you have put a bold statement on the order with a promise date, frankly it’s shocking and I will definitely not be ordering from here again and will happily spread the word to people not to ship here. Dishonest companies do not deserve customers!

When contacting customer services, I’m being told to wait due to “delays”. There can be delays but you should of refunded my p&p as a gesture of goodwill as you breached your “promise date” incompetent staff and company.
