Very happy dealing with the customer service for a delivery from Evri wich was problematic. Tisha has helped me promptly, nicely and efficiently. Even when you buy through internet you need to be considered.
The site by itself is a good one offering good products from brands I like.

Speedy delivery. Well packaged. Great customer service. All this deserves five-star except for the courier
ONLY DOWNSIDE is that EVRI was used to deliver my parcel and, despite instructions to ring door bell as the house is manned 24 hours a day, the driver left the parcel upstairs in the downstairs courtyard exposed to the elements. I’m told that I can elect to choose Royal mail next time so I would suggest that as the best option because EVRI (which used to be.HERMES) is still continuing bad practice and lack of Customer Care

Top quality products and customer service to match
The range of top quality, clean, animal friendly products is stellar and they’re always reliable for delivery. I just had to sort out an issue where I’d transposed the billing and delivery address for a friend’s birthday present and it was handled very promptly via their customer service chat system in time to make the next day delivery cut off. Super service!

Superb service and wonderful shopping experience
I have been a loyal Naturisimo customer for some years. Have witnessed the portal constantly improving from product variety to shaping seamless customer experience.
Recently I received some faulty products due to transit failures and notified the team.
Then I received a very swift response (within 24 hours as notified) offering options of either product replacement, or refund. The team showed understanding and willingness to act promptly to solve issues, and asked about condition of the parcel hoping to avoid this again.
I will continue to shop at Naturisimo and invite more friends to become part of the loyal shoppers.

Superb customer service
I ordered the wrong gift for my friend so I sent a mail, not really thinking Naturisimo would be able to intercept it before it shipped. Not only did Jhana get back to me really quickly but she put a stop to the order and popped the right gift in my basket, all I needed to do was pay the balance! Soooooo helpful! Thank you Jhana!
