The best web shop with the best customer service
Naturismo is not only an excellent webshop with high quality items but their customer service is out of this world. Other companies should take notes, they are so incredible fast at responding and solving issues that I am at awe. You can relaly tell that Naturisimo cares just as much about their customers as they do about their products which is so nice. I recommend them immensely, you won’t be disseapointed with your items and if somehow you should encounter something wrong they are so nice and fast at helping. The best website there is and I do all my beauty shopping exclusively at Naturismo because they are just the best!

I have had trerrible le trouble with receiving goods from Naturism in Spain.
I have had terrible le trouble with receiving goods from the UK to my base in Spain and I had to write to Naturisimo to cancel the order. They could not have been more helpful and I was fortunate to deal throughout with Ticia, who should have a medal for her patience. Regretfully, I was unable to solve the problem and had to cancel the order and Naturisimo have promised a refund.

Amazing customer service and lovely products!
I’ve known Naturisimo for a couple of years now and only this week I had to contact the customer service because I had put the wrong address. Even tho the mistake was from my side, the team at Naturisimo was super helpful and patient in order to retrieve my parcel! This kind of personal service is very rare nowadays and I really appreciate when companies still care about the Clients and will definitely continue to purchase from them!

I've encountered Naturisimo by chance, as I was looking for a specific product for my hair. I've since really enjoyed their website and amazing choice of products. I've contacted the customer service about their loyalty programme and they replied very quickly and went over and beyond to help me.

Great customer service
My go to company for skincare and makeup. The website has a great variety of products and I really trust that they've done their due diligence with the brands they stock. I had a recent interaction with customer service after an issue and they couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. It really makes a difference to know there are people at a company who seem to genuinely care about helping customers.

Great customer service
I ordered a candle and, oddly, it arrived without a wick. I was hesitant to reach out as I am in Canada and expected there might be issues given the duty and import taxes and international shipping. I did though and Tisha helped me with my issue quickly and professionally and was able to resolve the whole thing without any fuss. I am happy to shop with them again.

I have always had good service from…
I have always had good service from this company. Orders are promptly dispatched, the range of products is good and their customer service outstanding. I had a problem with a product once (overscented, caused a reaction) and they responded promptly to investigate. I was offered a refund. I don't understand some of the negative reviews about their customer service. My experience with them has always been 5 stars, especially with Jhana. I dealt with her again recently about a one-star review that I had posted for a product. She responded courteously and efficiently. I can't fault them. I wish all companies dealt with complaints in the way they do.

A lady called Tisha sorted out an issue with a parcel that Evri messed up. She got back to me so quickly and the parcel has been reshipped.

In my eyes Naturisimo cannot put a foot wrong; they are absolutely fantastic! I've been a loyal customer for many years because the range of organic and natural products they have is second to none. First class customer service
First class customer service. One of my orders was, for the first time ever, lost by the courier. Naturisimo sorted the problem out very quickly and my order was reshipped to me. I was kept fully informed with friendly, helpful messages from Tisha. First rate customer service and excellent products are why I have been a happy customer for years.

Excellent customer from Jhana. I used the chat function online to ask about a product. Usually chat customer service isn’t great and you’re lucky if you get a human being, but Naturisimo were quick to respond. Jhana had to check with the warehouse which took some time. but she kept me up to date to say she was still waiting rather than just disappear! My connection then dropped because I was outside. Jhana emailed me to let me know she was still waiting to hear from the warehouse and then later confirmed the answer to my question. Great service. Few people seem to understand the importance of keeping customers up to date even if there is no news.
The service overall is always great when you purchase from Naturisimo too.
