Your order was shipped on January 6th, as confirmed in our system, but there has been an unexpected delay with the GLS delivery service, which is impacting shipments nationwide. While the tracking status has not updated, we assure you that we are closely monitoring your order and have escalated the issue with GLS to prioritize its resolution.

We completely understand that this delay and the responses you have received so far have not met your expectations. As a next step, we are confirming with GLS again to verify the current location and status of your parcel. If there is no progress by Friday, we will issue a full refund immediately, as ensuring your satisfaction is our priority.

We apologize for the lack of clarity and any confusion caused by the tracking information. Rest assured, we are taking your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our communication and service going forward.
