I am so disappointed.

I am so disappointed with their service. I was a loyal customer but 2 times my package dont delivered. I was waiting for whole month, called them many times they always give same answer tried to be sweet but it just bullshit. They said email to the office. They give me sorry we cant help you very unprofessional . It was big package worth €200 and they dont even want to help me to find it. They never give track and trace email either. It super annoying all the people work there. Just pretending to be nice but THEY ARE REALLY SUCK! And CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Delivery nightmare

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company and it is an absolute nightmare either delivery. Both times my shipping address has come through incorrect even though I have screenshot it was inputted twice so twice I have received my goods and twice I am still waiting for a refund. Out of pocket and no goods. Get no where on email only to be told I can track the package which is no good when I already know it is going to an incorrect address.

I've been drinking it for 3 days

I've been drinking it for 3 days, it's simply amazing ❤. It's already started working, I feel mentally refreshed. In fact, the frequency of my coffee consumption has also decreased. I can only recommend it. Then we'll see what happens to my belly fat... I'm looking forward to it. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I haven't had 50 days to give a full opinion yet.

Product was expensive and had absolutely no effect, the final email I sent is shwn below. started the course in Jan 2025, terrible product poor customer service as shown below

For your information, my diet and exercise regime are excellent and I pride myself on that, I have a daily caloric deficit and measure and weigh all my food, keeping records of calories in/burned, protein and carbs..

The advised duration of the course of treatment is 3 x 28 days which = 84 days. Therefore the logic of returning something that has been used just doesn't make sense and isn't practical, how can you return something you have used. Furthermore, you are contradicting yourself in your response by saying "it is best to consume the product for at least two months" which is 60 days. As a business you can't have it this ambiguous, it seems to me that you are weighting everything in such a way that you are only concerned with the business and that consumer rights are being totally disregarded

The statement and of the option to return after 60 days would only be practicable if the purchaser had an allergic or dietary reaction to the products. In the instance where the product offered nothing more than a possible placebo effect, the 60 day option is a total waste of time and is nothing more than a sales pitch to give that extra degree of comfort to potential purchasers.

As a consumer I have the right to be provided with the product I have purchased, and that the said product provides the outcomes or completes the task as advertised. (Consumer rights legislation 2015) This most definitely is not the case with the Nature's finest products I received. I don't know whether this was a bad batch or it's nothing more than a flavoured powder with Psyllium added in as a thickener, what I do know is it doesn't work.

I feel extremely strongly when the people (me in this instance) are being taken advantage of because they are trying to keep fit and healthy.

I will await a more satisfactory response, before I take this matter further. If I receive another unclear, vague and ambiguous response, I will be forwarding all the product details, website information and emails to the Trading Standards for them to investigate and deal with as they see fit.

Good morning and thank you for your email,

As you'll be fully aware, I have stated in previous correspondence that I have used the product and disposed of the containers. Therefore, you're asking me to do something (return for refund) that is not possible, If this is the company approach and £80 is more important than customer service and satisfaction, then sobeit.

To avoid confusion allow me to backtrack a little. After stating all the facts in an initial email, (which I then posted on Trustpilot as no response was recieved) I was asked in the Trustpilot response to reach out to Nature's finest to resolve the issue, which I did. Only to be sent yet another email that has done nothing more than repeat the company's 60 day return policy, which is clearly not applicable in this case.

The sole purpose of the initial email (prior to uploading to Trustpilot) was about understanding why I did not get the quality of product I expected, along with some results, no matter how subtle those results may have been. Or having someone explain in detail that the product does not work in most cases, which is what I am gleaning from the limited answers I have received to date.

I will respond on Trustpilot in due course, where I will be honest, open and frank, maybe a lesson in there for Nature's finest.

Then we can leave it to prospective customers to form their own opinion before they decide to purchase, or not, from Nature's finest. My message to anyone who is thinking of purchasing from Nature's Finest is look elsewhere.

For me this was an all round bad experience and a total waste of hard earned money and latterly time..

I am still waiting for a refund after 28 days...

I returned the goods on January 30th. The goods were received by Nature's Finest on January 31st according to Anpost tracking system. On February 18th I sent them the Anpost tracking number as requested. On February 20th I was then asked to provide proof of this tracking number receipt which I did. On February 24th I was then told to wait for the next steps. I should not have to wait any longer! They issued a refund request number, which is 8936419 on January 30th but I am now being informed by Nature's Finest (see their reply below) that I have not been in touch with them about returns and refund. This is a lie! Their reply is a proof of their disingenuous behaviour as I have email correspondence to prove the contrary. I have just taken a photograph of their reply as I will have no choice but to claim a charge back from my bank and report it to the European Consumer Protection scheme No company selling online should abuse the trust of its clients.
