i had my hair transplant done in such a short notice.our medical consultant Imen is so nice and helpful. the staff from the drivers,receptionist and doctors were treating us like a vip. u will surely get what you have paid for. i already recommend my friend to have his hair transplant and will be doing it next month.! natural clinic really carried their name as to make it really natural looking! my friends were asking me, did you have surgery? No! it’s natural , NATURAL CLINIC.!

Natural Clinic just wow 🤩 a wow is not even enough,am glad I find you ,choose you and meet you,what a experience I had while staying in Instanbul for my procedure that I decided to do back in 2020 but due to the covid couldn’t come but then again I was a bit scared,but staff reassured throughout before coming for the procedure explained everything ,and finally I got it done 5 days ago and am in love with my results already my recovery it’s been so quick and unbelievable that my eyes could not believe I highly recommend 100% no doubts or regrets and the hotel I stayed goodness me amazing supper ,I felt very welcome it felt like I was home 🙏🏿A big shout out to my surgeon Mehmed Mustafa and Dr Erhan Güner ,I’ll be back soon thank you so much .

I can just say they are professional and very very kind. I had not only a good experience of my hair transplantation but also find new friends in the clinic. Meriem Benali, my Medical Consultant, made my experience at the Natural Clinic so pleasant. She was so caring and helpful, always there when I needed anything and with being in a foreign country, she made me feel safe and right at home and that I was in great hands.

I will NEVER go back here. They’re upright RUDE. They literally rush everything and they OVERCHARGE for their services. Traveled all the way from America just to be scammed. My plane ticket was 900 dollars. What a waste of money. Don’t waste your time.

Natural Clinic became my number once choice in Istanbul. Fortunately, I found out about that place through a Facebook and have seen many positive results from people who went there. I was given Arabic & English speaking consultant (as I don’t speak Turkish) - Adam Saad. He was instrumental in the whole process. Any questions I had, he was there to assist. I felt safe and cared from the first day of the surgery, up until my flight back to Palestine. I love the final result.

After my friend recommended Natural clinic I did some search and visited other clinics as well but finally decided to go with Natural clinic to do my hair transplant for few reasons:
1- from the time I contacted Mr. Esam who is the sales PiC “Agent?” He quickly arranged appointment for consultation with a pick up service from hotel without me asking him. (I did not get this from other clinics)
2- During the consultation Ms. Iman explained all I need to know in Arabic as I don’t speak Turkish and she helped to translate what doctor said. Even she helped to bring prayer mat and arranged place for me to pray Estikhara prayer when I decided to go with Natural clinic.
3- The clinic was huge (almost like hospital), clean and nicely decorated.

On the day of operation everything went smooth although there was pain sometimes which is normal, but they could finish the entire operation within 5 hours. I also got lunch box provided by the clinic during the operation.
As I could speak Japanese a staff called Mr. Osman who is a Turkish man but lived in Japan for long time, he was with me during the operation interpreting and comforting me in Japanese and sometimes in English as well.

On my 3rd day I had my head washed at the clinic and I got all the instructions and advices.

I do not want to make this review longer but in general I am very happy for choosing natural clinic and I got the full package including hotel and transportation. I definitely will recommend my friends to visit natural clinic if they want to transplant their hairs.

I had a breast uplift and implant. The team are extremely professional and take care of all needs. I would highly recommend this clinic. The hospital was spotless. Ahmed Abdelhalim was always on hand to support me with any questions etc. Dr Royal is a fantastic surgeon and can’t thank him enough.

I went to Natural, and had my teeth extracted, when it was time to go back, the dentist insisted on $5,600 more USD for an upgrade I didn't want, or he won't finish my work. I lost two months, arguing with them, and finally they agreed. I flew all the way to Turkey again, from Canada, only for the dentist to ask for more money again. I said I have no more money. He told the translator he doesn't like me, and won't do me. Called me a drug addict. Even though they did blood tests, so they know I am not. I was forced to find a new clinic, with only a 6 days left to my trip. It was horrible. I cried and cried.

The communication between all of the people I dealt with, the efficiency and the quality of the service were impressive. I strongly recommend!
The Sales Person is Sofiane who made all of the arrangements and he was so helpful and very kind at every step of the process.
I also have to say that Ruba, the Consultant who I met at the Hospital, was very professional and clarified everything for me.
