They beat up my cousin inside during her operation and pumped her full of drugs to the point where they tried to make insane. They then proceeded to make fun of her and say that they were gonna kill her parents and tried to make her go crazy by taunting her. She woke up bruised all over her body in places where she wasn’t even operated on please STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Be careful they don't return the money
I arrived to do my surgery, they said they couldn't do the surgery because my blood pressure was high, we return the money straight away, between 10-15 days I will receive the money
It has been 3 months and no money.

My relative recommended me to choose Natural Clinic, so it was easier to go with recommendation compare to do my research.I wanted to get some liposuction and BBL. I ended up having a full Mommy makeover, as it was necessary, due to my anatomy and previous pregnancies. The plastic surgeon Dr. Samil Suleymanov did a fantastic job, super aesthetic, natural look. Perfect sculpted feminine look.
Adnan, was super helpful from the beginning. Advised about treatment and made a very good package, sorting out my hotel, transfer, translaters. Although I received information about procedure, before after care, so I was fully aware and informed before I went. He was available all the time, he was quick to respond.
I felt very comfortable,even that I went in my own.
I highly recommend Natural Clinic, they are very professional, safe and reliable.Patient safety comes first all the time and you are looked after very well.

It was a really good experience.
Everything was perfect from the welcome at the airport to my return. I was picked up at my address on the day of the operation, everything went as I had been told beforehand... All the explanations and the course of the operation were well explained to me and translated by an interpreter. I left with advice and products to start the regrowth process with peace of mind. Almost a year after the operation my hair has grown back and I can style my hair again as before. Thank you to the clinic, I recommend it!

Tummy Tuck/Lipo/BBL

Like any overseas procedure, I was skeptical and worried. I didn't know what to expect as there are a lot of clinics out there in Turkey and I don't know which one is legit. We found Natural Clinic and started the conversation. We put down a deposit and paid the whole thing fully as we got closer to the date. I know, I trusted my gut and paid it off before even getting into Turkey and I will tell you why in a second.

Upon arriving in Turkey, our driver was waiting and we were taken to the clinic directly. The drive was not too bad but the drivers were very aggressive but went well nonetheless. At the clinic, we waited for a bit but not too long. I understand it was busy as they have a lot of patients waiting so we were very understanding.

We were assigned a coordinator that helped us through the process, the transportation to the hotel, clinic appointments, hospital transportation, airport etc. One thing I wanted to commend them for is their support and assistance. They tried their very best.

Ahmed Abdelhalim - Thank you for your patience and for helping us from start to finish. Ahmed was the guy that helped us with the payments and coordinating everything. He even took us to the nearby mall on our first day to grab food and buy groceries. He left his work so that he could assist us. I think that was a great personal touch.

Dana Al Dabagh - Dana was from the clinic coordinating with the doctor and helping us through our appointments and transportation as well. She checked on us after our surgery and even upon returning to Canada. We understand that they have a business to run so sometimes it takes time for them to respond and of course the time difference. They have a lot of patients but they do respond. I think this is above and beyond. Thank you Dana for all your help and for continuously checking in.

Natural Clinic also sends a translator/caretaker after your surgery. They were there overnight to check in on you. This was also very nice and thoughtful. I did have my iPhone translator app on, just in case. This was useful when I was communicating with the hospital or housekeeping staff. Also, before your surgery, ensure the Nurse bell is functioning, mine didn't work so when I pressed the button for help, no one came. Just glad I have WhatsApp messenger to contact the coordinators.

The Other Things:
1. You will need a visa. Make sure you have some cash handy. Don't line up to the immigration right away (this was our mistake), get your Visa first and then line up. So you don't have to line up twice.

2. As mentioned above, I paid my balance fully before my surgery, so I don't have to worry about it and don't have to bring a lot of cash. But it is up to you. But don't bring cash during your surgery, as you will be knocked out under anesthesia. I had some cash in my wallet, my book, and my cellphone. When I woke up after my surgery, the cash in my wallet was gone. It wasn't much, but it's money nonetheless. I know this because I had some cash to tip people so when I went to get some, it was gone, but everything else was there. I felt terrible because I wanted to tip the people who were helping me but was also disappointed. Natural Clinic should advise patients not to bring cash during surgery as a precaution or give them a locker in their recovery room. Use your credit card or bring enough cash but don't bring them all, leave some at the hotel.

3. Hotel - Free breakfast was included in our stay, and they also brought us small bottled water daily to our room. Before our surgery, we prepared ourselves and bought cases of water and some snacks as we knew we would have a tough time after surgery. During breakfast, we brought two plates of food to our room so that we could have them for lunch and dinner. You can order out, but I find it very challenging. The hotel we stayed at was nice and clean. No complaints regarding the cleanliness.

4. Get an eSim for data access. We use Holafly and activated it in Turkey. Took a bit to set up but just followed the instructions. While setting it up, you may be charged roaming on the first day, but you're good for the rest of the week.

5. Electrical outlet for charging your devices. We bought a European adaptor to charge our devices. They have USB chargers but are a bit slow to charge, so we're glad we bought one before our trip.

6. Air Travel - If you can get premium economy or better heading back after surgery, get it. It will be more comfortable for you. Our travel was long, and I was walking and standing up every hour, even with the BBL pillow. It's best to have room so you can get in and out of the aisle. If you're doing BBL, you can either purchase one from Natural Clinic or bring one.

Overall my experience with the clinic was great. Thank you again Dana and Ahmed for all your help. Hoping to bring family and friends with us next time.

The consultant lady (HABIBA LAYACHI) ONE OF THE RUDEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I have ever seen.

I have flown all the way from Australia and when I was talking to them online, they were very friendly and nice. Also, they were saying that they will get 5000 Grafts and all. Once I reached to their Clinic, the lady Habiba Layachi spoke to me in a very inappropriate manner and full of attitude. She said we can only graft 3000 and not 5000. When I told her that your consultant told me 5000 from my pictures and video then she said (NO THIS IS WHAT WE CAN DO ONLY 2500 TO 3000) I was literally in a Boiling position at that time the way she spoke.

However, I didn't say anything and went to the examination room because I came from so far and didn't want to go back without the procedure.

During my 8 hours Procedure I didn't see a Single Surgeon or Doctor. The Entire Procedure will be operated by the Assistants, Nurses and helpers.

The entire procedure was very very painful and they were Injecting to Numb the head although they said it's a needle free anesthesia or numbness procedure. Even though when she was planting the hair I told her many times taht I can feel the needle as she did noty Numb the area properly. (GUYS IT WAS VERY PAINFUL PROCEDURE TRUST ME). These people have no idea or have any experience.

During your Procedure they will only speak in their language which you cannot understand if you are not Turkish.

Please people be very careful if you thinking to go to these people, They are very Dodgy, Shifty and Unprofessional. It's all about Marketing and Videos and Making Money

I do have WhatsApp messages where their own person talked about their service also mentioned that the consultant Habiba layachi was warned from the Management for her bad Behaviour but nothing happened because they all same that's how they deal people. Once they get the Money then they don't give a damn about the procedure and patient.

It's been more than 6 months and I am still in pain and no hair growth. I am spending more money here in Australia to see the Doctors so i can get some relieve from my pain. The only thing I can see is the Pain and pimples all over my head. ZERO Result.

I will sooner put the review through the Videos and i will make sure that and will try my best to send the review to the News so they can make the people aware of their service and lies.

I have many messages to their agents and they just tell you one thing, take shower daily. use serum. i have been doing all this for last 6 months and I cannot see any result.

Natural Clinic is one of the best experiences I have ever had from start to finish. The entire staff is extremely attentive and treats you like a VIP. I felt so at ease and cared for throughout the entire process. Above all, their work is flawless and my end result was phenomenal. Parmida was our translator and she was so genuine and kind. Hazem was our consultant and was equally as wonderful. I highly recommend both Dr. Ozaydin and Dr. Hasret. This clinic is hands down the best clinic in Turkey. Exceeded all my expectations!!!

Just had bone graft surgery in anticipation of dental implants. The operation was done quickly and efficiently. The clinic was beautiful and the staff helpful and professional especially our personal advisor. The hotel we were put up in was exceptional. I have no reservations in recommending them.

I can’t find the words to explain how terrible this place is.

I asked for a full refund due to the disgusting service I had while booking. I was told I could have the operation I wanted, started paying and then told I couldn’t have it.

I’ve been lied to, insulted and had the worst experience. It’s made me mentally ill to deal with this clinic.

Now told I have to wait 3 months for a refund.

Do not use this scamming clinic. They’re frauds and thieves, do not trust them.

We had a terrible experience at this clinic!! We went there for a breast reduction, but all we got was swindled!

Initially our experience was great. Things weren't going totally as planned, but good enough. Then they did the pre-op tests. They told us my daughter had hep c, and would need specialized care at double the price. I refused. Good thing I did, because she does not have hep c. They agreed to refund some of the money I'd already paid, with deductions taken out for the tests and the transportation costs. At this point we didn't know she didn't have hep c, and just wanted to leave the country- we'd been there for 10 days already.

3 months later and we're still waiting on that refund. It seems our one point of contact has stopped communicating with us as well. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! Any hiccups, and you'll never see it again.

I Thank all the staff for helping me out. I never thought of getting my pride back. Since i contacted Natural Clinic. Everything went smoothly. I was transferred from Istanbul Airport to the Natural Clinic in their courtesy vehicle. Though it was a long flight from New Zealand but warm reception made me feel better. I was transferred to their Suite soon after my arrival.
Next day the whole process went so well. The doctors and nurses are well trained here. After my hair treatment i really look like a change man.
I recommend everyone who needs any type of treatment, also contact Natural Clinic first. They are one of the best.

WARNING: Be aware that most of these 5 star reviews are either completely FAKE or paid for (they tell you if you’re a patient and you leave a positive review, you will receive a €250 voucher). Just take a look at the names, timing of reviews and the non-sensical comments being made (someone named Michael writing about his breast augmentation and leaving a review almost a year later? Laughable). THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM/MONEY GRAB!!! Its all “flash” and social media, DO NOT BE FOOLED. From my experience, the dentists we worked with did a fine job. HOWEVER, the “front of the house” coordinators, planners, financial coordinators, etc. are all TERRIBLE with communication, will only give you partial information/answers, will not answer you at all so you have to hound them and/or will tell you one thing and completely do another. For example, after we agreed to an initial down payment amount and signed the contract, the financial coordinator (Halil) insisted that there was a mistake and in fact, we owed more money. Mind you, AFTER we’d already signed the contract. It wasn’t until we threatened to go elsewhere (due to these “bait and switch” tactics) that he relented. Additionally, my wife was given misinformation re: veneers vs crowns and she needed to switch some of her teeth from one to the other. After about an hour long back and forth (with them saying “its not our fault”) we were finally told the following (by Ali, financial ccoordinator/manager): “Don’t pay the balance now, come back tomorrow, we’ll complete the work and if you’re satisfied, then you can pay the remaining balance”. We agreed. The next day when my wife was sitting in the chair, someone else comes in and stops the dentist from working on my wifes teeth and says “We are not going to finish the work until you pay the remaining balance”. SERIOUSLY!?! After we agreed the previous day, the very next day they resort to strong arm extortion tactics WHILE MY WIFE WAS STILL SITTING IN THE CHAIR. These tactics and more are only a couple examples of some the overall experience we had with Natural Clinic (not to mention how useless the planning and travel coordinator Reina was as well as the staff they hire to “look pretty” while doing nothing but playing on their phones). DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR DECEPTIVE MARKETING AND FAKE REVIEWS!!! If you value your time, money and sanity, I DO NOT recommend doing business with Natural Clinic. I am happy & relieved that I will NEVER have to deal with them again. Do your research and go elsewhere.
