Poor communication from fitter and from central office
Operative rang to say that he might be coming but might not be coming as it was windy and he may not have been able to fit the windscreen. This is totally unhelpful for a commercial comapny waiting for repair who have taken the afternoon off work/lost profit to have this service completed. Either you are coming or you aren't. No reply from central office and when I did get through he said that the wind had no part to play and that he would get back to me or the fitter would but neither did!!

I was so impressed with National Windscreens Telford Branch.
From the moment I made the booking for repair National Windscreens demonstrated outstanding customer service and communicated with me throughout.
When I couldn't pick the car up they assured me it would be kept in their work shop until I could collect.
All the staff were personable and went the extra mile.
