Replacing a cracked windscreen
I found the gentleman with whom I dealt courteous, polite and helpful. I had my windscreen replaced in three hours and I was contacted that it was ready for me to collect. I was also advised not wash the replacement for 48 hours so that it would be sufficiently dry before putting water on it.

Easy process
Had a great experience staff in the Omagh Depot were fantastic helpful friendly and hard working. Only bump in the road was that the system wouldn’t accept my payment but phoned and it was sorted by helpful local staff

Workmanship was excellent and staff polite. Unfortunately the facilities were well below parr. Waiting area and toilet need a good clean. Also no tea/coffee machine when having to wait for considerable time.
