Good result second time!
Initial booking was fine but the windscreen wouldn't calibrate so I had to make another 52 mile round trip to have another windscreen fitted.
Apparently this has happened before with my particular make of car so I'm not sure why the 'correct' windscreen wasn't ordered in the first place. It seems they have little say as to which windscreen is ordered.
Having said this the gentleman I dealt with on both occasions was polite, very apologetic & my second windscreen was fitted quickly as a priority.
