Excellent Service
Had my windscreen replaced at Nationwide Basildon and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Everything was prepaid through my insurance, and the whole process was completely hassle-free.
I arrived early for my appointment and was seen straight away. I was told the job could take up to 4 hours, but it was all completed within 2 hours — fantastic! The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient.
Highly recommend Nationwide Basildon for anyone needing a windscreen replacement — great service all round!

I received a text saying the vehicle…
I received a text saying the vehicle can be dropped off at 8am, but the staff didn't start until 8:30 so I had to wait for work to start then wait for the work to be completed.
Also when I arrived it wasn't very clear where to go or who to report to, only greeted by a grotti waiting room. Maybe some new signage and a lick of paint?
