Great business and staff
I’ve been ordering from them for years. I pick up my order because I don’t live far but I’ve had things shipped also. Staff are very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions on line,by phone or in person Love the bonus items that come free with certain marketed items and specials !

Their website has everything that I used to buy from Amazon Canada.
Prices are lower, mostly. Also has Product Reviews, from purchasers.

* Full Title, too long, lol: Lowest prices, replies to my inquiries, no provincial tax outside Ontario, waived $79 minimum for free shipping because the company only had 60% of my order items in stock. Saving me a lot! Toll-free phone line. Small company in a small town.

Good value and knowledge employees. I ordered on a Monday and got my order on the next day.

Purchased product BOGO however order changed to By one get less that 1/2. 60 Capsule vs 150.
No notification of change.

They are an excellent company, very competitive in prices and variety. Fast delivery service with no hassle. And if you have to deal with them on phone, they are very kind and courteous!

I called customer service because I had difficulty with a discount code. The representative, Melissa, was very helpful and had a welcoming and warm approach. It is great to deal with National Nutrition online. You have a great selection and orders arrive promptly. Your customer service has always been excellent.

I have been a regular customer for many years. I have always ordered online, I processed my order and realized I forgot an item. I Called and got the order fixed. Great service, great prices, love the freebies!

I love this place ! I ordered from their website and it was supposed to arrive May 6 but I was told to expect delays because of Covid-19. I got an email saying that it was delivered today, two days before the suggested delivery date. Thanks :)

People of colour should not support this business. You can get better prices on amazon or at Wholefoods.

While visiting my cottage, I stopped at the store in Orillia and I was appalled at the terrible customer service and racial profiling exhibited by the staff. The store is located in a dark windowless warehouse in the middle of nowhere.

The products are terribly overpriced considering the location and condition of this facility. I am Caucasian and I visited the store with my friend who is a person of colour. The staff treated us like we were going to steel something.

As we were in an aisle comparing the products we were about to purchase, the cashier rudely passes behind us and says, “excuse me” because she wanted to pass. As she passes us she mutters, “thanks for nothing”. We noticed that she then makes a u-turn and goes back to the register.

We realized that the cashier she was looking at us on camera? She was also quite rude when we were paying for our items. It appears that the country folk at this store have never encountered ppl of colour and are clearly racist.

I just love this store! You can find so many useful products. Now with this corona virus problem, I do my orders on line/phone, free delivery and I just love the freebies they give you. Received a (100 bags) large box of greet tea. Really appreciate their service at these difficult times.

I have been ordering products from National Nutrition for eight years. They have the lowest prices, great bonuses and excellent customer service. They fulfill and ship your order within a day. Their website has been updated and is easier to use. I highly recommend this online supplier. If you have questions they are happy to answer them. Not like a lot of online retailers that take a day to get back to you, at National Nutrition there is always someone available, either by chat or phone.

I love all my products, they have helped me to get off a variety of medical prescriptions. Thank you.
