I came to Trustpilot to see if there were any other customers who had the same experience as mine with National Nutrition and found there are a few people who said they had items missing in orders received and were then prevented from shopping on the site again. I have shopped with NN for quite a few years, with no issues. However, the last order had a missing item worth around $8 and although I was issued a refund, they have blocked me from the site. They did not advise me of this until I tried to return something from the last order and was told that management would contact me as they could not email the return label. The same day, I tried to purchase just under $100 worth of items and the message came up that I needed to contact Customer Service. I called several times and no one picked up the phone. So, I used Chat and was told that someone would call me back in 5 to 7 minutes. When no one called me half an hour later, I went back to Chat and was told "your account is not active, mgmt. will be contacting you" and then the agent ended the chat. I even emailed the owner and no response. To NN: Stop blaming customers for your mistakes. As well, you have no right to deny a return when your website clearly states that you allow returns within 60 days. You need to honour your return policy, even if you want to prevent a customer from shopping on your site in the future.

This is such a user-friendly website. I can find anything I need to look up just by putting the item or category into the search bar. There is rarely an issue with products being out-of-stock. The helpful and courteous staff will let you know if an item is on back-order; if that is the case a notice will be posted to let you know when an item is back in stock. Excellent service.

Lots of product information, lots of choice. Most often less expensive than in organic stores or pharmacies. I've been ordering from National Nutrition for years. Always great service. I've only had to speak to customer service once and it was very good and accommodating.

I hate those pop-ups that have to be clicked off to continue placing my order. Very annoying. Expecially that one that offers me a discount that I can't use since I have been a customer for over 10 years

I used to purchase from this website all the time. Never had an issue until recently that they started missing items on my orders. Boxes started coming half opened half taped. First order they missed a couple items but I disregarded it because these items didnt cost a lot and mistakes can happen. Then I received another order but this time is was a lot of items they missed and it was worth around $200+ so I reached out and asked for a refund or replacement. They did refund the items they missed but they also closed my account and told me to shop elsewhere. Mind you I had been placing multiple orders for a long time with them and never asked for any refunds. I dont recommend doing business with a company that closes your account for asking for a refund on an issue that is their fault especially after placing many orders with them and supporting them.

The site is very well organized and easy to use.
I use the AOR products and the True Hope products and the prices are competitive. I like the Canadian product availability, too.
