Baby store does not stock baby items
Outstandingly bad service. I ordered 4 items online to be collected in store. 4 days later I receive an email saying two items are not in stock. One of the two items I had ordered was a bassinet set, which when delivered I found not to include the actual basket for the baby to sleep in - very misleading photo on the website which includes the basket. Moreover when I went to a store to buy said basket, it turns out that not a single store in Paris has one in stock (albeit everyone I dealt with was very helpful). I was told to visit a store other than Natalys! How can a baby store not have these basic things in stock, let alone even be unable to promise to deliver at a future date? At the end of everything, I have bought a stand and some bedding for over 200 euros and now it's impossible to find a basket to go with it. Fantastic.
