The order hasn’t been delivered yet and these guys are asking for review. The order got delayed by like one week. What kind of service do you run and how shameless can one be about asking review after all this ? come on!

A really nice and accommoating customer service:)

I absolutely love the products, super quick delivery and once I did have an issue with one of the bag packs, I got an answer within a day and the item was replaced free of charge! Absolutely amazing!!

I’m very happy with my fleece jacket. It’s stylish, comfortable, and really warm. The after-sales service is honestly excellent.

Great products, the design and quality are super good. And also the customer service is very good. I ordered a pack of socks, but it was not complete. A new package was sent within 24 hours, I could not be more happy!

When I received my order, the wrong pair of sunglasses was accidentally included in the box. Within an hour of reaching out, Sara from customer service responded and resolved the issue immediately. The correct sunglasses are already on their way, and we were even told we could keep the incorrect pair.

The tone of the emails was warm, friendly, and exactly what you hope for when something goes wrong.

Products are great but what makes this brand special is the people behind and the service the provide, the sent a cap with wrong labeling and some missunderstanding in sizes occured, in order to solve it they sent another cap for free with smaller size. Thanks again 🙏🏻

I recently opened a package from Hello Hossy only to find that the item inside was incorrect. What impressed me most was not the mistake itself, but how quickly and effectively it was resolved. Sara was incredibly responsive, proactive, and efficient.

Great products and most important great costumer experience. Had an issue with a product and the way the team dealt with it was simply the best possible way I can think of. Good looking products make you buy once, great costumer experience makes you come back.

After not receiving the package, i had contact with the company, they provided and excellent service and after sending a new package with the ordered materials i received the products in less then 2 days.
Products are perfect quality and look really nice.

More than disappointed about the Return policy and that there's absolutely No flexibility to Change the order when you are (a few days!!!!!) over from the 2 weeks. In my case it was a present and I ordered a few weeks before, because I never ordered before and didn't know how long it takes to arrive in time (ordered to Germany). Now the Caps don't fit and I can't do anything with them. Customer Service completely unflexibel and also not super friendly in my emails. I'm super disappointed and it will definitely be my last order!

Amazing quality, amazing customer service!

Had a super experience with their customer service. Their cap are super good but we had a problem with the backpacks. They gave us right away the option to get a new one or chose something from their shop. What we did and it arrived super fast.

Made an order and paid 15€ for delivery via what occurred was ordinary post, not express. Also need to pay for post services to return the items.

Great design but very poor quality.

Recently bought 2 kids hats and even when maintaining them the proper way (as described online) the fabric starts fading after just gently cleaning it with water and a soft sponge.

One would expect a kids hat (of this price) to be of a better quality, since kids aren't really the most carefull human beings around.

Stitches are also loosening here and there after just a few times wearing the hats.

Sadly seems to be another one of the many hipster brands with the same poor quality...

Products are nice: good quality, cool designs

Sizing: comes up small - be careful!

Customer service response: very slow! Not helpful so you should hope your order is a smooth process.

Costs: be aware, you will pay a high amount for shipment and if you live in Switzerland you will pay the taxes twice - in france as well!!! Because they are a small company, they manage their vat in a different way meaning you as customer are expected to pay 2x vat - it’s nearly the same cost as the total product so it becomes very expensive!

Nice product but just be warned the total cost is expensive for what you are getting, with 2x vat costs and high shipment costs, on top of the list price you see.
