I bought a Cashmere Luxe jumper from Aurel Row, which according to the description is made with Mongolian Cashmere. However, the label inside the garment says 95% Polyester and 5%Spandex. I contacted... See more

Terrible experience, total con. Chinese based company, goods do not match adverts. long delivery time (weeks) not 1-3 days as advertised, won’t actually let you return goods, no refunds, ignore email... See more
Gives the impression of being a UK business. Yet another Chinese con. Returns are to China at customer's expense, about equal to cost of goods. They offer a "partial refund" as an alternative. Poor... See more
DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Sizing completely wrong but they will not exchange for a larger size even though their terms and conditions state that they will do exchanges but not cash refunds.
Complete scam!!
I ordered some men's linen shirts size…
I ordered some men's linen shirts size XL, firstly they took ages to be delivered so actually missed my holiday (which I had bought them for) when they did arrive they were so small I couldn't even get them over my head! Terrible service and products, steer well clear!
No stars would be more appropriate
No stars would be more appropriate.
Having purchased bras from them, they eventually arrived but were the wrong size.
When I asked to return them for a larger size they refused and just offered a discount if I bought other items.
When buying on line you can't be sure of the sizes and other companies would replace with a different size or refund.
I wld never but anything from this company again.
They are a complete disgrace.
After looking at Trust Pilot after…
After looking at Trust Pilot after receiving my first order from Nancy London ,I regret not having thought to check beforehand.
I'm yet another completely dissatisfied customer.
I ordered boots which are, not fit for purpose, made of cheap flimsy fabric and not true to size. I did pay by credit card and hope to be refunded, but have learned my lesson.
The item was a sale item so not returnable or refundable.
Please check Trust Pilot before buying anything.
I will do this in future.
Wish I could pick a big fat ZERO like…
Wish I could pick a big fat ZERO like so many others before me. This company is a complete sham. They say that you can have an exchange on their website but it is a lie. They have no customer service only a standard refusal to work with you to resolve the issue. I have a shirt that is too big and only want a size smaller. They will not allow it. I don't even understand why? I am meant to pay for the postage so what could be the harm in an exchange. It's all an utter sham. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere is my advice.
Avoid at all costs!!
Again as everyone else has said, this is NOT a genuine company.
The website is misleading: they appear to be UK-based and they entice you in with special offers and discounted goods but it is ALL discounted and you can't get your money back because - surprise surprise - they don't refund discounted items.
Like others, I have sent several emails requesting a refund only to be directed back to their refund policy.
When I pointed out my consumer rights i.e. 14 day cooling off period, they stopped answering my emails (they initially offered me a discount on future orders - as if!).
I have contacted Advice Direct Consumer Scotland and Trading Standards but there is little they can do as the company is not UK-based therefore our regulations do not apply to them.
I am afraid there is no way of getting your money back.
Say NO to Nancy
This company told a blatant lie. A product advertised as a cashmere jumper was in fact made of cotton and elastene. To add insult to injury, the company would not give a refund and would not answer any questions I posed regarding the misleading advertisement.
Do not buy from this company
No stars.
I have just read the other reviews.
No surprises.
Purchased a top. No way near the size I normally take so tried to exchange it for a bigger size. It is not in the sale or on offer.
They have made it impossible for me to return the item and simply keep offering
a discount on my next purchase.
This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to trade.
How can they be stopped?
Would be a zero if possible
Would be a zero if possible. Sizing is totally unrealistic and they have refused to exchange the item as it is reduced (all items on the website are reduced) even though it clearly states on the website that items can be exchanged or a voucher given. I was offered a voucher 33% off next purchase, not even the full purchase amount of the item. I have contacted Trading Standards.
Item too small and poor quality
Item too small and poor quality. Won't give a refund as in sale but the sale seems permanent! I wouldn't buy from again
Scam company
The advert is very professional for Nancy London.com, but this is the only part of the company which is, I purchased 5 polo shirts in XL buying 1 size larger than required the shirts are maybe a UK small. The supplier refused to replace items because they are in a sale, trading standards need to investigate this is a scam company , do not purchase any goods from them.

The worst and most crooked company online in the entire world
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
sizes are wrong, no customer service , nom return policy
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!1

Sent incorrect sized items and would not return.
Have emailed them 17 times to date with robot reply that do not refund
That is it. No refund. Incorrect items
Wish I had seen all the reviews as they are all true
Do not go anywhere near them
didnt deliver what I ordered and still cant return it
ordered a white flowered leather jacket (L'ateribella Edgy Leather Jacket) and it turned up a brown beige. The advert itself displayed a 30day return policy, right above the jacket (which I screenshot and sent to them) but they have refused to honour that. They said in their small print it says sale items arent returnable, despite it not being the item I ordered. Dont go near this company
DO NOT PURCHASE any item!!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE any items at any price!!!! Complete scam, sell you undersized badly made products and add discount to avoid returning - their Refund Policy is illegal and we are preparing to litigate against them for illegal practice, breaking merchandise and trading laws. It is also overriden by their Guarentee Policy. Return all items and demand money reimbursement as not 100% Satisfied - Watchdog and Martin Lewis will be notified as have expressed interest. Warn every social media contact you have and are using!!!!!
Please do not shop with this company as…the goods are sub-standard, wrong description of sizes and fabric content.
Please do not shop with this company as you will not get items as they describe. They will say the item is now discontinued therefore you are not entitled to a full refund.
The boots I bought were not the size I ordered but the company insisted they sent the correct size. They constantly repeated the same message when they finally answered my emails. I spent money on sub-standard items and wasted time on trying to get a refund but nothing.I was met with a blank wall on numerous occasions.
Misleading advertising
Ordered a top described as loose, soft cotton fabric - label reads '95% polyester 5%spandex'- looks nothing like the ad picture. Ordered largest size but tho labelled 5XL physically measures 2XL. When I complained was told it couldn't be returned as it was a sale/reduced item but I could have 30% off my next order!! Needless to say I will not be ordering anything from this company again.
PLEASE DO NOT GET DRAWN IN !
PLEASE DO NOT GET DRAWN IN !! (I did unfortunately).
TOTAL SCAM I ordered a lovely looking blouse and a large leather shoulder bag.
WHAT CAN I SAY :-
The quality of items is so poor.
The blouse cheap material, no label with washing instructions.
The Handbag - cheap and looks like plastic!
I sent email explaining items were poor quality and would like the Portal information for retuning items - had the response : ANY ITEM REDUCED IS NOT REFUNDABLE!!!
Offered a voucher !! Why would I want that!!
WISH I HAD CHECKED TRUSTPILOT FIRST.
£60 wasted!!
BEWARE...SCAM!!
Beware!!! They FALSELY ADVERTISE their products- send you items that you have NOT ORDERED, then REFUSE TO REFUND you, and instead offer a discount on a further purchase! Complete scam!
Tiny sizing and unfinished
Tiny sizing and unfinished. There was no button hole for the button...Despite boasting in big letters there were free returns, their small print states no returns permitted so also only offered 30% off future purchases.Misled by the positive reviews and use of Trust pilot on website which made me feel secure in my purchases.
