I bought a Cashmere Luxe jumper from Aurel Row, which according to the description is made with Mongolian Cashmere. However, the label inside the garment says 95% Polyester and 5%Spandex. I contacted the company by email and they replied that I would not be able to return the item as it had been on promotion. They then offered me a voucher for 50% of the purchase price, to be used on my next purchase, but I would have to pay the postage costs for the return of the garment.
The email was sent from Nancylondon.

I bought two polos from this company.Both are bad and the garments did not have any details about size or origin of manufacture.
Iam from India ,wanted to gift,but they cheated me with very bad quality.
Please don't buy from this source,the pic of Nancy knitting itself is a fraud pic downloaded from internet to decieve people.

Do not use this company - although the item I ordered was OK - it was completely the wrong size and it is impossible to reach them. The email address provided on the order and all information comes up as unreachable - it looks like they have gone into administration - do not use!

Do not use this Company absolutely rubbish polo shorts nothing like the website - wrong material/shoddy workmanship/wrong size!.

They should be closed down before any other customers waste their money!!!

Absolute rubbish clothes, nothing like how they were represented on their website. Refund links don't work. It really is a scam company, but at the very least, extremely poor merchandise, from China, not UK. Total misrepresentation.

Ordered to George polo shirts,looked very nice on wed site. Just what I was looking for. What came was a complete different polo shirts made of cheap polyester. No returns as they were in sale.but all the site a sale. And from China. Scam

DO NOT, DO NOT buy anything from this company. Everything about them is a lie: they do not have an office in London, they operate out of China: they do not use Royal mail, they use shipping company YunExpress from China. The descriptions are not true, the quality is worse than awful - unwearable clothing. You will never get your money back - they refuse returns (even they don't want their rubbish back!) and refunds even though they are in breach of the Consumer Act 2015. The only way to stop them is to NEVER,EVER buy anything from them.
BE WARNED!!

Items were not as adverised.
Refused refund as items were bought during a promotion.
Everything they sell is on a promotion and everything they sell is garbage.

I have the same I issues as ever one else, poor quality garment, nothing like that advertised. Sizing impossible. They say they have a return policy but no form in the parcel and no response to online applications. I have emailed several times but no reply. I wish that I had read reviews. I only gave 1 star as it was non negotiable, should have been minus. They are still trading with aggressive advertising, they should be banned.

Wish I looked at reviews first before buying. £56 down the drain. No paperwork and no way of sending back items.. Big mistake

Really disappointed with my item quality very poor sizing all wrong nothing like what was advertised supposed to be button up shorts.
Will not return item ..too much hassle will donate to a charity shop.
Never shop again with this company.

Clothing items were not as displayed or described ,sizes are misleading and there is no returns policy even though they say there is . Do not purchase anything from this site .

I ordered a shirt from the company.
It eventually arrived 3 weeks later.
It was poor quality, also didn't fit and I tried to return it.
I could return it to China at my expense and get a Voucher to use.

I think the company is very misleading, with a British name, I presumed it was a British Company.
Is it legal for a company to do this.

It has been an expensive lesson for me, to really check out a Company before using it.

Absolute con people Do not go near this store.

I purchased 2 Vests of Size 4XL, Red and Blue in Colour! I received 2 Red ones, but they weren't Size 4XL, to be truthful they were more like a Large sized Garment! I also purchased 2 Shirts of Size 3XL, both arrived as ordered! They weren't a Size 3XL though, they were more like a Medium in size! The items were a nice looking item, but cost me £122.36 in total, and were bought in a sale! Their policy is no refunds if bought in a promotion, or sales deal. They offered me a 50% discount voucher off my next order! I will not be accepting their offer, or placing anymore orders with them! This company needs to be stopped from trading, and every customer have their money returned!

Impulse order. Should have read the poor reviews.
My order was cancelled by the company due to lack of stock. They did refund the cost of the item but decided to keep the £6 Post and Packaging.

Inferior product, not at all as advertised, cheap flimsy fabric, no return answer on multiple e mails requesting refund. Will update review -when I hear back from them/

Dishonest.....deceitful....unhelpful....Avoid buying anything from this disgusting 'company'.....if you can call them that?

Like almost everyone else, fooled by the advertising. The polo shirt is truly horrible, nothing like the online image. Nasty shiny 95%polyester. And 'spandex', whatever that is.. Yuk.
