Terrible Shameful company. DO NOT buy anything from them. They advertised Cashmere jumpers etc upon receipt of delivery the jumpers are made of Polyester. surely the trading standard should shut them down before they scam more victims like me. after I place my initial order they keep sending me emails with special discount offer etc if I reorder from them again, as EVERYTHING is on sale on their website I suspect won’t refund my money paid on good faith. This is the second Chinese company that will not refund purchase by using all kind of delaying tactics until I give up due to time constraint or costly postage cost. They should be struck off IMMEDIATELY - claiming London based design company!.

Jacket arrived after 12 days, very poor quality and two sizes smaller than stated on the label.
Refuse to refund and I research them, they're insolvent in the UK, head office is Hong Kong.
Need to get in touch with the Hong Kong embassy and alert them. Get trading standards involved and get your bank to recall the payment.

Its a SCAM, dont buy anything!!. The company has been linked to other fraudulent operations under different names, indicating a broader trend of deceptive practices. The scammer operates through SHOPIFY platform, which will close it down if enough people complain about it. The complaint form is very straightforward and takes no time to fill in. Go ahead. Help to bring down the scammer.

Just received my order of a down filled puffer jacket.
I ordered 4xL. The garment although marked 4xL it would be more appropriate to be marked S-.

Dreadful company, I paid £37 for a "cashmere" jumper which turned out to be 95% polyester, 5% spandex.
Like everyone else who reviewed, the response has been, no return, no refund on sale items. It seems everything is in a sale???

Got sucked in on my purchase as so are other people on here, item received not as advertised, requested a return and told like every one else as sale ????? Item no refunds, certainly not worth the money or the full retail price, bought better quality in Marks &Spencer and Next in their sales.
Do not buy from them

This company are still advertising, something should be done, they’re selling cheap screaming plastic bags & selling them for leather. When I tried to get a refund they came back with no refunds on sale goods. I was that disgusted it went straight in the bin. If I’d have seen these going cheap on a market stall I wouldn’t have bought one.

Please do not buy from here I had the same experience I ordered a tracksuit for my granddaughter it was horrible they said it was in the sale and cannot be returned I think by looking at reviews they say the same to everyone scammers

Quality is awful and they are now arguing about offering a refund. Don’t use them!

If I could have given it zero stars I would have done.
I bought a "large" sweater from them. When it arrived it was, at best, maybe a small/medium. On contacting them for replacement I was informed that because it was in their sale, no returns or refunds could be offered. After several abortive emails I eventually I gave up and accepted the loss.

Bought a coat and it arrived way too small, and poor quality.

Asked them to exchange for a larger size and they refuse saying items in their sale are not eligible for exchanges.

This is incorrect, their policy clearly states that sale items can only be exchanged.
I have showed them their own policy and they keep dening it, making excuses.

Having done some digging I see this appears to be an individual in China pretending to have a store in London.
And they put everything on a discounted sale then say items on sale can not be returned or exchanged.

A clear scam that needs to be taken down.
Im not backing down with this person and will continue to hassle them everyday.

Why companies house allows these scammers to set up a fake uk business address and function as a shell company is beyond me.
They are as liable as the scammers themselves

I bought two shirts (buttoned) in a Large size. The sleeves are ridiculously short so I cant possibly wear them.

They now refuse to refund my money and point to 'Terms and Conditions'

Awful company and a scam! I foolishly clicked and bought from this site before doing my checks. The jumper I received isn’t cashmere , it’s cheap tat you would not want to pay £2 for in the markets. It has a plastic smell. £38 wasted which I wish I had given to charity. I realised I made a mistake when I clicked on their ‘easy returns’ button and you go to a fake page. None of the links are real. Can’t believe I fell for it. Their site should be blocked and taken down. Next time I’ll go to John Lewis ! DO NOT BUY !

First, the positives.
My experience ordering from this company has prompted me to ALWAYS check on the Trustpilot website before making a purchase from a company that I have not dealt with before. It's a reminder of just how useful the Trustpilot website is! And, Susan, you are right. The large size would not fit a 7 year old.
Now the negatives. Just read all the other reviews.
It's interesting that Norton Antivirus now blocks the website (as they did with the tracking number for my order - which is what first raised my concerns).

The promotional email was misleading. It clearly stated that there was a money back guarantee and returns were easy.
However, this is not the case, as the terms state that goods in a promotion or sale cannot be returned but whilst it is my fault for failing to read the terms, this should have been clearly highlighted.
The conditions also state that a return slip will be in the package which was not so and there is no return address in the UK.
In addition the sweater which I had purchased was far too short, in comparison to sweaters purchased from other companies
Overall, I would recommend anyone to deal with this company.

Wow whats sharks this retailer is, i didn't read the reviews before i made a purchase, wish i had. I would really really recommend no-one buys anything off these people. Their products are really poor quality, and certainly not worth paying more than a single quid for anything they sell. I hope this review stops someone else being ripped off. Oh and i wouldn't try to get a refund as they catch you out with the products being discounted claiming they do not refund on item's discounted, trading standards need to shut them down
