If I could give them 5 negative starts I would! I ordered 5 items on April 4th didn’t receive them until May 7th. Out of the 5 items only 1 was what I actually ordered the rest was random clothes I didn’t purchase. When I alerted them to the situation they kept trying to give me discounts instead of the return and refund I asked for. Worst customer service and online shopping experience of all time. Oh and the website doesn’t work anymore either.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, I ordered what was supposed to be my maternity photoshoot gown and what I got was a thin incredibly cheap made pink monstrosity. I emailed immediately asking if it was a joke and demanded the return and refund information which I was denied 3 times (they instead kept offering a 10% off and a 20% refund with the added bonus of getting to keep the item) despite how much I stressed my displeasure. I had to change everything about my maternity shoot, missed my window for a beautiful location for said photos, and the fact I waited over 2 months before hearing any kind of update on my ordering! I also noticed and emailed them about how 'convenient' it was that their website stopped working for me.
I 100% do not recommend them to ANYONE especially 1st time moms like myself if I could rate it lower I would.

Wow. I looked for reviews prior to buying and didn’t see any so I took a chance- what a mistake. Ordered March 26th and received the items May 9th. Six maternity items costing $150. Instead of a maternity one piece they sent me a bikini. Two other items are completely misrepresented and the other two were terrible quality. They offered me $15 and to keep the items. I complained at they offered $25, saying it would cost me at least $40 to ship back. Never again.

Oh my goodness, I’m glad I found this and disappointed I found it after I ordered. So I was in love w/ the dresses, I had all these ideas for my maternity photos and baby shower outfit and they just ruined it. I kept asking for an update and they just kept saying it’ll be shipped out within on two weeks after two weeks already passed. I asked for a refund and they just ignored the request. && now the site is down all of a sudden. SOOOO, I contacted PAYPAL and advised them of the issue, they advise the seller has 10 days to respond otherwise I automatically get a refund. I just want the refund at this point but they also said that if other buyers are experiencing the same thing and they reported it the site will no longer be able to use PayPal. So PLEASE REPORT THEM!

After waiting 2 months, I received only 3 out of 5 of the items that I purchased and they will not refund or send the other two!! This is a scam!! They offered a 10% discount for the other 2 items... what?? I never even received them! I should receive a full refund.. getting the run around... future buyers STAY AWAY.

Do not order from them!

Although now their website is saying that the shop is closed down... sketchy!

I waited 2 months for my order & got 2 incorrect items. They have only offered a 20% refund even though the errors were not my fault. I was advised that it will be too costly & inconvenient for me to send them back so they could offer me a 10% refund. When I said that's ridiculous, they offered 15%. I said nah, I will just send them back, & they offered me 20%. What a joke. All the reviews are the same. I looked for reviews of them before ordering but it looks like these are newer, so I didn't have anything to go off of. PLEASE do not order from them. The quality is terrible & the customer service is even worse.

Namichic provided the worst online experience I have ever had.
I ordered three maternity dresses from their website. When they arrived (more then two months later), they were all incorrect. Wrong size/colour and different dress all together.
When I contacted them to advise of the error, they informed that they could only provide a 20% refund and said "Can we advise you to forward or resell to a friend or someone who needs it? Somebody's gonna need it. We also suffered a great loss for sending you the wrong goods."
If you order from them, you WILL receive the incorrect item and they will NOT correct their mistake.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Do not buy from this website! They ship from out of the country which takes a month and their quality of clothing is terrible. I ordered a dress and it’s been an entire negotiation process via email that has taken 7 days just for them to offer me a 20% refund. They tell me it will cost me $20 to ship the $50 item back to them.
I just want to return the unworn item and get my money back. Warning to all online shoppers! Do not buy from here!
