Really loved how easy it is to setup first time, the UI also easy to navigate, and they also make it easier to verify with Google Console. Great job!

These people has had one of my domains frozen for over two years because it failed billing. At the time they immediately ran a different card and the payment went through but they refused to give access to my domain. On another occasion, I had two domains renew for over $299 each. Within two hours I frantically tried to reach them to cancel the order. There was no phone number on their website, and the chat did not work on my system. Hours later I finally found a way to reach them and they refused to cancel the order even though it had not cleared the bank. So, I called my bank and put a hold on the funds. What did they do? They locked me out of every domain I had (more than 50) and would not allow access to anything until I paid. They really act like bullies and then cower behind contact forms.

Email print from phone still unable. Titan not fully mobile capable? What archaic garbage. How can you justify price increases?

It was very difficult to sign in because you insisted on 2 step verification and apparently never sent the code and therefore I couldn't complete sign in. Finally got through, but had to go to an older computer.

Name.com has apparently no telephone support - when you cal them they have a voice message directing you to their web site - that's it! In an emergency, such as if your company's domain stops working, most people would probably prefer the immediacy and certainty of being able to call someone to immediately address the issue!
They also are considerably more expensive than many other registrars/domain sites - they want around $20 for .com (and more for .org and .net, I think) - there are many, many cheaper ones out there which -do- have telephone support.
With all the other choices out there who are cheaper and have phone support if you need it, why bother with name.com??

We transferred our domain to name.com.
After that we tried to update the domain registrar information, but as their website has a bug, we could not update the owner information. It's more than a month that we don't get any help whatsoever, they won't refund either. Now, as I'm trying to move my domain out of this service it seems the bug is preventing it from being transfered. The sad conclusion is that I don't own my domain anymore, THEY OWN IT.
I'm a software developer and I did some research, I also informed them about a potential fix of the bug. Not only, I sent a full video made with Loom that shows the exact steps to replicate it.
NO ANSWER, no support, despite I'm pretty sure I acted like an informed user and doing all the efforts necessary to explain the situation.
Very disappointing.

I received a notification that my name.com domain was up for renewal. I went through the process to pay for the renewal and it told me that my domain was transferred to Titan (??) but I don't use Titan email, I use Zoho mail. Is my domain now associated with Zoho mail? THIS TITAN SITUATION IS SO CONFUSING.
