Product as expected!

product arrived in a proper condition.
I ordered it on 12. March and it was delivered on 8. April.

I think it would be fair if NALDA.ch would inform that they do not have products - but they order it at supplier, therefore WAITING TIME IS ALMOST 1 MONTH.

Ordered 3 books in Deluxe edition ( a series), all marked as available and ready for delivery in 5-19 days, on their website. 1 book arrived after 3 weeks. After 5 weeks I got an generic email ( from a non reply address) stating that my order ( without stating my name, order number) had been completed and unless I disputed this within 72hours, the purchase would be consider finalised.
I wrote back to their info email address and stated that only 1 out of 3 books had been delivered.
Got a fast reply, stating that 1 of the books was out of stock snd would bot be available again and the 2nd book was being re-printed, but without any delivery date. I was however offered to cancel the order. I did.

Make a purchase and never send it, they have a scam method where you are made to wait and if you do not claim through the government you lose your money.
Online there are many notifications that they are scammers and no one does anything. Someone should report it to the authorities

Ordered my products 12 days ago and still have not received them. Delivery status is inaccurate. The products were presumably sent out only 9 days after order. Prices are good, but what’s the point if the products don’t arrive?!

Bad experience so far, I have ordered 4 items and still waiting to be delivered, they told me the items were not in stock system error etc. Which cant be true. After two weeks they shipped one item but still waiting for delivery

Order delayed by more than 2 months and Nalda will just provide new information each time I contacted them. No proactive communication, delayed and incorrect answers. Finally cancelled order, now will see how long it takes for the refund - I will report back :-(

I ordered a Christmas present on December which it shows availability in stock. I didn’t get anything and they never gave me my money back. I don’t understand why this thieves still have this website active. Stay away from them

Item never arrived, no way to contact the seller. All emails are sent from a no-reply email address. The chatbot only says, the item was sent but doesn’t reply to my question why it never arrived.
All in all a very unpleasant experience.

Reliable, Fare price

THere was no communiucation. I bought a book before release date but only got it 3-4 months later. I thought I lost my order and the book would never come.

it’s the second time i’ve used the services of Nalda for buying books in Switzerland. Definitely can recommend :)

Scam. They don't ship anything and they don't don't refunds. They also don't answer emails

It has very good prices and totally worth ordering from Nalda, especially if you compare with anywhere else definitely makes a difference. But everything the same issue, delivery is a bit slow( which is still ok) , but then we get an update saying the books are delivered and they are not there. Books arrive eerytime the next day, which is a bit annoying and confusing if you get an order status update saying they have been delivered to you.

No Feedback, no follow-up, doesn't answer the email. It's a terrible company to work with.

I ordered a book mid-January 2026, with a delivery date for Jan 28, 2026. Despite multiple follow up and complains, I still do not have the book. Customer service already gave 3 delivery dates, promising it had now been dispatched and none was fulfilled.
Never again!

Ive ordered a book end of Nov/beginning of Dec that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Im based in Zurich, so its basically the same city.
Ive got info that the delivery time takes 4 weeks. I wrote them an email to cancel my order and refund me. its 4th of March and I just got an email that they finally sent it! no refund, noone is replying for email. its absolute joke. never again.

Great delivery

I'm interested in buying the next Jack Schwager book, Market Wizards: The Next Generation. It's not being released until 9th June 2026, yet Nalda.ch is promising on its website that it will be 'Delivered within 58 days', which from today 19th February would be 18th April. How can this be? Answer: It can't. Nalda is lying to its customers. And by the way, I just checked on Ex-Libris, Buchhaus.ch and Amazon.de and all three are saying 9th June. And even on the publisher's website, Harriman House, it says 9th June.

I ordered 3 books from them, 1 book showed up weeks late and I didn’t receive the rest!!! I tried to contact them but received no response because apparently, their e-Mail is a “no reply e-Mail” and you have no chance to reach out to them. What a shame!! NEVER AGAIN! 👎🏽
