They were delivered in a neat box (great if they were a gift) which fitted through the letterbox. Delivery was by Royal Mail (always prefer!) And completed quickly with updates. A perfect purchase experience.

Bought some of these last year and totally out did all the other brands I have tried.
These are super comfy and very well made, so will keep buying again and again! Definitely recommend.
If you are giving these as a present, they do come in beautiful packaging too.

Poor quality and poor service
I ordered 5 pairs of bamboo socks for £40. They are very poor quality, thin and tight around the legs. It is not clear how to obtain a refund from the website and I have emailed support twice with no response so have been left with socks I can’t wear with no idea how to return them and I’m £40 down. Very disappointed.
