Dresses more beautiful than the pictures
The dress were more beautiful than the pictures. Excellent quality and gorgeous design. Unfortunately I have to send back one because it was too tight for my hips. The other one has a A-line skirt so this is perfect and the top of the dress fits perfectly to my torso. I will buy without hesitation other dresses on naked dresses.

My dress is absolutely stunning, the pictures online do not do any justice. The customer service was 10/10. Will be repeat customer and re buy again. I can’t wait to wear it for my birthday.
If your heavy/large busted I would advise going up a few sizes depending on the style. Im a UK14/L but with 36JJ I had to take a UK22/US18 for my dress to fit. But it’s incredible.

Amazing quality and right size
I needed the dress quite urgently and the customer service were amazing in emailing back . When the dress arrived it was exactly as described and quality was amazing .
The only small issue was there was not box to keep the dress in , considering the cost , I would have expected it in a presented box rather than in a dry cleaning bag and in the parcel box .

Beautiful dresses, slightly complicated returns
The dresses arrived very quickly and were beautiful. Someone from their company helped me with sizing as well as the sizes can come up small. The only issue I had was with returns. They hadn’t sent me the custom forms so parcel force refused to accept the returns and my parcel was stuck in the post office for over a week. This did cause anxiety as the dresses are expensive, but eventually it was resolved and I received my money back. I would probably order again but just make sure I’ll email them to ask for customs forms to be sent with my order.

I am so sorry about the issue you had with returns. All return information is submitted electronically and is paperless on the customs front. We provide the return label only as usual and best practice.
Once I reached out to our return manager app to get this checked for you in any case, they confirmed all the paperwork was sufficient and that the courier will not have noted the information they needed was paperless, they should have been able to accept the parcel and paperwork provided. I am so sorry that there was some confusion and a delay with getting this parcel back in transit to us.
We do usually ask our beautiful customers for up to 7 days (once the item is back with us) to process all returns & refunds. Our team processed the refund as quickly as possible once the item was received, thank you so much for getting this back to us, you have been so patient.

Dress arrived within a couple of days. It was beautiful but wasn’t what I was looking for. I returned immediately. I did need to message a couple of times to ask for an update on the refund, however this was done within a couple of weeks & people did get back to me when I contacted for an update. Overall happy & I would order again.

NOT ANSWERING EMAILS WONT LET ME SPEND MY GIFT CARD!!!
I bought a dress in the sale, returned it as it didn’t fit I was told I could only exchange or get a gift card so I opted for the gift card.
I have not been able to use this as their website says they are not taking orders for MONTHS I have been emailing and getting no response!!!
