I wouldn’t be able to handle the upset and stress pretty ing a dress in perfect condition because doesn’t fit to be told it’s been worn or damaged or bugs . Plus I cannot afford to loose 600 pound . Are they based in the uk or America? Shame on them their tactics

The worst shopping experience and customer experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 3 VERY expensive dresses. I needed to return 1 that came up way too small, & exchange another one that also came up very small.
As per UK law, I should have been entitled to a refund or exchange within 30 days, but naked dresses refused to do so on day 14 after my purchase.
Their customer service was shocking and completely unprofessional. I will never purchase from this con of a company again

Scam, fraudulent crooks
I ordered a £600 dress, it did not fit so was packaged up immediately and returned to the company, I heard nothing back about my refund, so I contacted them and they replied to say they have received the item back and will process my refund in 5 days. The next email I received was to say the dress had bugs on it so they were not going to refund my money. They sent a photo with 1 bug on the dress, which I believe they either planted this or maybe it happened in transit but I do not have any bugs in my bedroom. Having to open a claim with my bank, absolute scammers. Do not trust.
If you have paid with a credit card, PayPal or your bank contact their fraud department and don’t let these con artists get away with stealing your money!!
In response to your reply, you sent me a photo of 1 bug on the dress which could of come from your warehouse as you’d had my return so long and I had to chase you for my refund. I tried the dress on for 5 minutes in my bedroom which is carpeted and certainly doesn’t have any bugs.
I will be taking this further as you have conned me out of £600 pounds, shame on you!

I ordered the blue pearl suit using Cupert £503 as soon as it arrived it was not what I wanted started the return all tags labels still attached the told me I could have £580 credit or £488 refunded I chose a refund when I eventually figured out there paper work issue I retired it they said it was dirty and damaged the pictures they sent was to different items also shows how bad the quality is please ask me for pictures before placing an order as they won’t refund you even after acsepting £25 charge for the return
