Be warned before ordering from NAKED: this company refuses to issue refunds, even after receiving returned items in unopened condition within the legal return window. My parcel was delivered to their return address in Rouen on June 5, confirmed by valid tracking (DPD), yet they keep “asking for the tracking number” and ignore their legal obligations.

Instead of processing a refund as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive and French Consumer Code (Article L.221-24), they offered a promo code. This is illegal and quite frankly criminal. I have opened a formal dispute via Klarna and reported the case to the French consumer authority (DGCCRF).

Also worth noting: the lingerie they sell is identical to what you can find on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. They market themselves as a premium brand, but it’s plain dropshipping with a custom label slapped on.

In short:
❌ No refund after returns
❌ Violates consumer protection laws
❌ Sells AliExpress products
❌ Misleads customers about product origin

Avoid at all costs if you care about your money and your rights.

This is a nightmare.

I ordered in April and about 10 days later I received a package with a swimming vest. I have no clue what happened with my stuff and I don’t think it was the shops mistake in the first place but everything that happened afterwards.
They refuse to give me my money back but want to send me a replacement. I told them 100 times that I am traveling through the US for some time and that I am no longer interested.

I highly recommend to stay away from this shop

I bought underwear with this company and used their size finder on their website to find my right size. I have a 80E cup and the size finder suggested to buy a size M. It didn’t fit at all. The return policy on their website states a full refund I only have to cover the cost for sending it back. But they told me I can’t have a refund only a voucher to spend it on another purchase with them. This is against the law plus it’s stated differently in their refund policy. They are not thrust worthy.

On the 27th of April I bought and payed for several items from Naked Underwear. For the amount of 154,44 euro, and I still haven't received anything. No orderconfirmation , no track and trace, nothing. What the hell is going wrong here?

The company refused to send a replacement or refund me when an item from my order was missing. They first reached out me notifying me the item was out of stock, to choose a replacement. I did and then did not respond for a week. I received my package and the item was indeed missing. Now they're claiming it was shipped and I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. The items I did received smelled terrible and fishy and look nothing like the picture.

Very disappointed in the naked underwear brand. Received a set 4
weeks ago where a hook had broken off, making it no longer possible to wear. I contacted customer service and was promised that a new bra would be sent, but this never happened. I waited for two weeks because I thought the top would have been shipped but i did not recieve a new package. I contacted custumor service again but I have not received any further response to this. Paid a lot of money for a set of underwear that I haven't even had the chance to wear once.

Just shit dropshipping site

The quality of the product is super low, nothing in comparison to there pictures.
Delivery is very long and "48 hours", "French brand" on their site is just a lie.

It is not that easy to sent lingerie back.
It is not possible to recieve your money. Only change and the retour cost are for yourself.
It is okay but not let the custumers it is easy to sent back.
You must definitely know that it fits. The product is good.

It’s a scam. I didn’t got my order and there’s absolutely no reply from the customer service department regarding the refund. Don’t fall for the commercials they have on social media.

This is a drop shipping website, I've waited approximately a month for my order to arrive.
The quality of the articles is very low, and the customer service is non existent. No one has ever replied to me about my inquiries on the chat of the website, or by mail. I've received a reply on Instagram after 3 weeks telling by to send an email.
The only logical reason for the good grades on trustpilot are that those are fake curated comments.

I recently purchased underwear but needed to return it. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was highly disappointing.

Despite exercising my legal right of withdrawal within the statutory period under German law, the company refused to issue a refund. Instead, they insisted on providing store credit, citing their terms and conditions. While I eventually accepted the store credit to resolve the matter, I was surprised and frustrated by their disregard for consumer protection laws, which clearly prioritize a refund over credit.

I also found their communication unhelpful, as they repeatedly referred to their internal policies rather than addressing my rights as a customer. This experience left me feeling undervalued and reluctant to shop with them again.

I hope the company will review its policies and ensure they comply with German law in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend them to others.

Bought over a hundred euros worth of items (3 x different sets) based on the website stating “easy returns within 30 days”. When the items arrived quality of materials is poor and very badly fitting, eg bra cup seams creating odd shapes on the breast in all styles, and not fitting properly even with strap adjustment. Asked for a refund and told no refunds due to hygiene, in total opposition to the copy on the website which is highly misleading. Will never purchase again from this vendor

I purchased the PROMISE White Lingerie Body for women, and the quality is absolutely terrible—nothing like what was shown in the pictures. The price is 2-3 times higher than in other stores. Don’t be fooled by the sleek and appealing website—it’s all a scam. I deeply regret the wasted money and time. I will never buy from this store again.

I strongly advise against shopping with NAKED Underwear. I returned an item in perfect condition, meeting all requirements, but they refused to issue a refund to my original payment method (Klarna). Overpriced and Poor Quality

I am extremely disappointed with Naked Underwear. For the premium prices they charge, the quality of the products is shockingly poor. One item in my order even arrived defective.
It’s also important for potential customers to know that returns are not allowed. Due to their hygiene policy, you cannot return any items once the package has been opened. The only option they offer is a credit note for the value of the items, which can only be used for future purchases on their website.
This means you’re essentially stuck with the products unless you want to risk ordering again, which I definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience. The combination of poor quality, high prices, and strict return policies makes this a company I will not be buying from again. Proceed with caution!

This is top notch, I'm a rather curvy woman, I was afraid with the size but, I'm glad the Body Wild fits me well. I git what I've always dreamed of, thanks Naked!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

My opinon it's vastly overpriced for what you get. It's clearly made very cheap China, and the quality reflects that in both smell and feel. You could find similar products on Cider, where you might expect lower quality, but at least the price aligns with your expectations. I'm disappointed with what I got for the amount I paid.

I ordered three items (2 for 1) and received them after 10 days or so. They were not only poor quality, but I also received all the wrong sizes of bottom parts. The costumer service informed me that I need to pay myself for return shipping, but it turns out I was anyway too late; an item has to be returned 2 weeks after receiving it (forget the 30 days advised on the webpage). I now basically have to keep a cheap underwear (for which I paid a lot of money) that I plan to wear NEVER and can't even change it for some other (undoubtedly of similarly poor quality) item. Do not fall for Instagram likes! It is a sham
