Excellent Service.

Easy to order multiple bags online.
I did phone to ask if they would leave bags in shed so they wouldn’t get wet whilst I was away which they did and stacked them so neatly, thank you very much appreciated.

After making the order online for 8…

After making the order online for 8 bags of coal and then finding we had to go away for a week when it may have been delivered, I phoned to ask if I could go in on the Saturday before we left to uplift but they managed to squeeze me in the next morning. Much appreciated, thank you.

Good service

I received nearly all my order. Excellent email contact. No time slot but they very kindly put the coal bags in the woodshed for me. I left the gate open as I was at work. Hopefully the rest of the order will be fulfilled as when it came to my delivery they were out of the briquettes. Even though they were in stock when the order was placed three weeks earlier. Have always booked with them as a family business and good prices.
