Five star service
Five star service. Booking process and payment over phone was so easy. Got a cancellation so repair done day ahead of schedule. Good communication from Greg who carried out repair and was very polite and respectful. Repair carried out to very high standard.
Will definitely recommend NAC to friends & family.

The engineer communicated well and updated us on his arrival time.
He was efficient, experienced and friendly and well presented.
Our oven repair was carried out quickly and he explained what had caused the problem.

Suspected leak from water feed behind fridge freezer
Easy to book over the phone with a helpful and friendly call handler. Next day appointment and txt message giving approximate timing of engineers visit the night before which was very useful so no hanging around all day.
Engineer informed by call half an hour before arrival and amazingly was ahead of time. Friendly and knowledgable and was able to carry out inspection behind fridge freezer which we had been unable to manage ourselves.
No problem either water supply or issues with appliance so we can eliminate this appliance from our damp wall problem. Probably pay a bit of a premium for this service at just over £100 but it is efficient and works!

Was sent a link to pay for the part .next day After the engineer visited
12 days no communication
I've tried to call several times no reply
Engineer picked up and said he would contact the company and ask for them to contact me 4 days ago

The Engineer ( Ashley David ) was Exceptional
The Engineer ( Ashley David ) was absolutely brilliant - helpful , professional , efficient , courteous - a total asset to the company.
Initial visit he found the problem very quickly , and explained the way forward.
Second visit to fit “new” part went very well - with many trials to ensure that everything was in order.
Excellent service - and a big “thank you”
Spare part was exceptionally expensive ( including shipping , tax etc) - however , apparently Miele are not cheap)

Engineer Robert Hill was very efficient and tested cooker and found faulty element. Didn't have part in van so had to order it. Was kept fully informed of it's delivery and gone time slot to complete repair.this was adhered to.Booking repair was straight forward and price for job

Excellent service
Darren was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked my two appliances and diagnosed the problems. Unfortunately, neither were fixable. He showed us the problems and was very tidy in his work. The booking process and communication was excellent.
