I can’t recommend NAAMA enough! I have Alopecia and have had my brows tattooed a few times since over the years and I’ve never been happy with the results. I was so so self conscious of the old tattoos so I’m very happy to finally say bye to them! It doesn’t hurt like I was expecting it to, it’s so manageable and so worth it!! The staff are all really lovely and made me feel so comfortable - Britt, Yasmine and Alexis, thank you!!

I had my first ever laser removal session 2 days ago and the amazing Alexis was fantastic. She was super thorough with the consultation, and made sure I was as comfrey as possible while having the treatment done. A** service, I’m excited to continue my remaining sessions. Huge thanks to Alexis and the whole NAAMA team! Xx

I went to NAAMA for the removal of a tattoo that went wrong. The staff at NAAMA made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, which was especially helpful as the original tattoo experience had been so scary and negative. I was given really clear outlines of how the treatment would proceed and what I could expect. It was really helpful that I received email confirmations for appointments, after-care follow-ups, and appointment reminders. When I needed to reschedule, NAAMA was very accommodating, and they have a variety of appointment times including late evenings which is great if you are at work during the day. I'm always offered something nice to drink like a flavoured water or even a vitamin shot, ice packs for my tattoos, and spare dressings. All the treatment sessions have been straightforward and quick, and the staff are so well-practiced and outgoing that I always felt in safe hands. The space is lovely and looks great, and all the rooms are super clean and tidy. I honestly can't recommend NAAMA enough if you are considering tattoo removal!!

I was initially anxious at the thought of getting tattoo removal but from the moment I walked in the Naama clinic I felt totally at ease - like walking in to a luxury spa.
Rebecca greeted at the front desk with the warmest of smiles and offered me a variety of drinks whilst I awaited (only for a couple of minutes) for my therapist - Jada - to take me to my treatment room.
After only a couple of sessions at Naama I have already noticed my drunken mistake of a tattoo disappear.
Both Rebecca and Jada were so lovely and their customer service and skills are second to none!!
My tattoo may have been a hideous mistake, but choosing Naama to remove certainly was not!!
5 stars to the lovely ladies, the ambience of the centre and the equipment used.

I’ve recently completed my third treatment out of a course of ten for laser tattoo removal at NAAMA and already I couldn’t be happier with the results! The progress I’ve seen already in how much my old tattoo has faded after 3 session is just incredible. I have been so impressed by the results. I have had laser removal sessions in other places and not seen results like this.

I really must recommend them for the whole customer experience too, as everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful from the minute you walk in the door. Something that really stands out for me is the actual laser experience. I’ve had other laser work done that was excruciatingly painful and I can say confidently this is not the case at NAAMA. The whole procedure was virtually pain free, the methods they use to alleviate any discomfort is what makes this such an easy experience. The aftercare I have received so far has been great too. I have found the recovery time between sessions really smooth. They have payment plan options as well and will support you to find the right options for you.

I really enjoy coming here, the atmosphere is so lovely and the treatment rooms are immaculately clean! I was so encouraged by their skills and the reassurance I was given that I can get the results I hoped for from the treatment.

I thought the sessions would be more painful than it actually is. So far I've had absolutely smooth treatments with Nikita.

Always have a great experience with the team at naama. Nikita is lovely and makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed at all my sessions! 100% recommend using naama for your tattoo removal needs.

Nikita was amazing throughout the whole process. Checking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. She made me feel very comfortable. My tattoo is really big so by the end it was a little painful, but nothing that you can't manage.

Super straight forwards from booking, paying and the actual treatment. Verity answered all my questions and talked me through the treatment. I can instantly see an improvement from the first session and looking forward to my next. Thank you Verity!

Honestly Truly the Best!

Mind you I travelled 7 hours on a plane just for them and it is absolutely perfect! The service and the kind people around everything was just wonderful! Also, the session itself didn’t even hurt! I was honestly terrified of the pain that might happen but ended up going along with the day as if I did nothing, that is all without a numbing cream! They’re amazing!

I am not happy with the results. I had three treatments for £750 and haven't seen any change at all!!

Everyone at NAAMA is super friendly and knowledgeable. Just everything about NAAMA is designed so well to make you feel comfortable and make the experience as enjoyable as it can be. The studio is so cool and they have galleries of past removals you can look through, plus complimentary drinks and ice packs which I always take! In terms of the removal it really isn't that painful at all - my first session or two were the most painful and after that I barely even feel it. Even though the tattoo I'm removing is quite big the downtime is so fast - within a week my skin looks pretty much back to normal and the scabbing is done. So great that I can come back faster than traditional laser would allow. My tattoo has faded so much it definitely works!
I was invited to be part of the content day with Britt, Connor, Annabel and Daryl, for which I was offered a complimentary session. The content team were so friendly and genuinely interested in my tattoo story. It was a great experience to be part of and I am so glad I was able to do this. I love any opportunity to recommend NAAMA as I've had such a positive experience with the team here. If you're in doubt, definitely ring them up and at least have a conversation about removal! You won't regret it :)

Treatment was great.

I went to NAAMA following microblading that I wasn’t happy with. I’ve had 4 sessions over 4 months and it’s disappeared. I’m so happy with the results and it’s given me my confidence back.

Really nice staff, treatment is super quick and not painful just uncomfortable, looking forward to my next appointment.
